I don’t usually post reviews as I’m very understanding and usually like any place. Was greeted by a tall, snotty waitress that was rude from the start. After confusion in the beginning about seating she turns to other waitresses and comments something as I walked by. Had to ask for multiples things throughout the meal and greeted with looks. Sadly I was very excited to try a new diner in the area but will not be going back due to service alone.

I was worried about the quality of this place when I first pulled in. However as soon as I smelled the food I was at ease. Fantastic buttermilk pancakes, very good thick cut french fries. Would definitely come back!

The server today was superb.She was super concerned about my roommate who is gluten-free. She took the extra minute to make sure that everything that we ordered would be okay. It was so nice to see katie smile with all the options that she could have in a restaurant that offered so many choices for gluten free options. This restaurant is beyond awesome.Food people who are gluten, free with so many options of desserts as well.Cakes. They m also have vegan options and vegetarian.

I ordered the Uber eats and I ordered Scrambled eggs, it contained some cheese and meat inside of it like it was cross cooked with somebody else’s order. I am allergic to cheese and do not eat meat. Wont be back with something that could have ended with me going to the hospital.

A bit pricey, and the wait stuff was really bothering us. It’s nice to enjoy your meal in peace and not be interrupted 10 times which makes you feel unwelcome and rushed out. Please leave your customers to enjoy their meal and not feel pushed out. It wasn’t even busy. There was no wait, so there really was no need for the intrusions.

Everything on the menu is delicious. You can tell it's made in house and the service is also incredible. The atmosphere is that of a good diner. You will be doing yourself a favor by coming and eating here, great options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. One day you will ready here and all yourself, why didn't I eat here before? You will have no answer because you will be so busy chewing on the delicious food.

Ordered French toast with a side of bacon for pickup. The bacon wasn’t included with the meal and the French toast is coated in a thick layer of butter as if it was done intentionally. On top of that it costs an arm and a leg for a sub-par portion of food I’ve went to Georgie’s and the shorline dinner which are both run under the same people. Would not reccomend many many better options in west haven
Just had the best breakfast at Georgie's Diner! The buckwheat pancakes with banana were TO DIE FOR 🥞🍌 and my dad's egg and toast were perfection 🥚😋. Service was top-notch, loved it! Highly recommend starting your day here 👍
