Store is charging whatever they want dispite what they list and have ticketed as the price. Went in to get sandwich and you must order on a touchscreen. I orders a steak and cheese listed as 9.99. You can add thinks like extra cheese or bacon for like $1 up charge. You can also add a side of fries for whatever amount it was I didn’t. I selected the no fee options like lettuce and some veggies. Then when it made they write 10.99 on it and when I get to the register even tho the physical recipient it prints says 9.99 they charged me 10.99. I asked why are you charging me more than what’s listed. Cashier said you added veggies. I said these are no charge the touchscreen lets you add these at no cost I didn’t get extra cheese or anything like that. She said there is a sign that says things are now more expensive. But I said you can’t just up and change a price when I’m literally selecting my options based on your touchscreen menu and what does and does not cost extra. I let her know it’s illegal to be charging differently than what you advertised but she didn’t seem to care. I would just avoid it’s a shame cuz I did stop here pretty often for it’s convenience.

I wondered why lately I don't see people lining up for sandwiches after the experience I had today I understand everybody in the store walks around with earbuds in and does not listen to the customers I would suggest if you want to get treated rude like you're not contributing to their business go here!

Great service. Employees were friendly and inviting. The food is pretty decent for west haven grab and go. They have your every desire. Sometimes the employees are quiet and grumpy but that’s the retail game.

My sister stopped here to get a strawberry milk and she put her card in the machine and the guy told her to swipe her card then said “Ebt don’t work” It wasn’t a Ebt card it was a debit card. Why assume she had Ebt.

This place felt really sketchy, especially since it wasn't in a bad area. It's strange to drive around a nice area then drive into a convenience store that feels like it's in the ghetto, but this place felt really run down and almost dangerous.

This place is absolutely awful. I was a regular customer and honestly this is the LAST time I go in here and feel disrespected. In what world do my dutches come out to whatever money I have in my hand? But usually it’s 3.81 but because I counted 4$ in my hand he charged me 4 even and said it was 2$ each when he deals with me everyday. Stop shopping here why do we give these people business.

On February 20th 2020 I purchase a Slim Jim. The slim jim appeared to be lacking moisture and when I looked at the expiration date the slim jim I bought expired February 11th 2019. So, in closing, I ate part of a slim jim that was a little over one year Beyond expiration at this location. Apparently they don't care about food safety and customer health.Grimy and outdated. There is just something so magical about the way she makes the steak and cheese. I feel as though she pours her heart and soul into each sandwich. Every explosive bite is better than the next and you can actually TASTE the love. 10/10 would highly recommend. Although, be sure to watch out for tiny short man as he literally does the opposite. His sandwiches are filled with hate and resentment. I’m not sure why he is always so mad at me and my friends but I won’t deduct a star for his lack of kindness. The wonderful lady makes up for all aspects of his negativity and for that I give West Haven Krauszers 5 stars.
