Good Mexican food is really hard to come across in the Northeast, and La Catrina caters to that issue. Everything we had there- the tacos, the octopus, the guacamole and the seafood platter was scrumptious! Our server Jared was extremely attentive to our needs, and the hostess at the restaurant made us feel extremely welcome. I was impressed with their warm hospitality, and splendid dining

The chips and beans were amazing. My tacos Birria was amazing. I was seated immediately the service was top tier.the prices were great. It was an excellent experience. 10/10

I can't recommend it enough! Whether dining in or ordering for pickup, the food is delicious. Every dish I've tried has been full of flavor and quality.

The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. But what really stood out to me was the incredible service. I had an experience where I lost my phone in the parking lot, and the staff was incredibly honest and helpful. They found my phone and returned it to me when they saw I was looking for it—such a relief!

Additionally, I had an online ordering issue where I couldn’t modify my order. I called the restaurant, and they graciously added what I needed without charging me extra. This kind of customer care is hard to find!

I will definitely be returning and encourage everyone to support La Catrina. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

I’m never coming here again!!! The new girl in the front is disrespectful I came to eat and I had to wait for one of the severs to sit me down because she was ignoring me cleaning the menus Doesnt say hello Doesnt say goodbye!! I also called to order once and she was rude because she couldn’t speak Spanish and gave me an attitude and hung up!!!! Horrible customer service and when I asked for the manager I was ignored this restaurant was once my favorite not anymore I felt disrespected and I’m utterly disgusted by how she treats the costumers!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!

I recently visited La Catrina in Milford, CT and ordered the chicken quesadillas, they were absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and generously portioned. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the excellent customer service. Giovanni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find both great food and such genuine hospitality in one place, but La Catrina delivers on both. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
