Went there this time and they were lacking I do not understand why it's right across the street from a college so you would figure there would be no problems, ordered the strawberry cream pies waited in the Drive-Thru line for 8 to 9 minutes got to the window and they said I had to wait 7 minutes for them because they were out, which just boils down to someone wasn't paying attention.

Never again! They have kios to place orders but I just literally wanted 1 thing. 5 ppl working, it was like pulling teeth for one of them to ring up an order. I'm glad it wasn't just me having an issue w/ the kios the worse part is that none of them even tried to show us how to use the kios. 2 Customers that came in after me just wanted a tea. Eventually they took our orders.

Stop by there today @ 7:10 only one other person in there waited 15 min to take my order while worker sat on there phone, like we didn’t matter

This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and it sucks that its the closest one to my university bc of how slow the service is. Ive waited at restaurants and gotten my food quicker than this place

this is the best McDonald's in the entire New Haven area, it gets busy sometimes since it's a college location but they always do their best. If you've been to any other McDonald's around here you would know this one is superior. Sarah holds it down and doesn't put up with the BS, perfect example of a firm and successful manager. Thank you for maintaining this business to a high standard.
