This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and it sucks that its the closest one to my university bc of how slow the service is. Ive waited at restaurants and gotten my food quicker than this place

this is the best McDonald's in the entire New Haven area, it gets busy sometimes since it's a college location but they always do their best. If you've been to any other McDonald's around here you would know this one is superior. Sarah holds it down and doesn't put up with the BS, perfect example of a firm and successful manager. Thank you for maintaining this business to a high standard.

If there was a 0 star review i would have choosen it it was a horrible experience because they got my order wrong twice and when i told them they decided to argue and i had to dig in the trash for my receipt to get my refund

The overnight staff are severely overworked. There’s only 2 people, 13 cars, and a full dining room of college students. These workers are not paid enough to make all of this food and deal with all of these customers by themselves. The college students act immature and cause ruckus hindering the workers ability to tend to other customers. While the food was good, it took 15 minutes to get a medium fries, drink, and mcchicken. Management needs to do better and either pay these workers more or put more people on the schedule.

Food I ordered 10 chicken nuggets and only got 9 (very unprofessional) 1 star Service was horrible after they kept asking me for a code after I said I didn’t have one. And the Atmosphere they was a creepy man staring at my car.
