Years ago was good now horrible workers can’t even speak English . The manager is rude if she’s the actual manager . Very poor customer service the workers are horrible. Very disappointing just go to the McDonald’s on post road or elsewhere. This location needs training. And people who speak English

Poor customer service They don’t listen when taking orders. They always forget something every single time I visit and when you ask them to correct the problem they get an attitude. I am not a racist but for crying out loud can we get crew members that speak and understand English clearly?! I know the language barrier is part of the reason they keep messing up people order. McDonald’s is slowing loosing its appeal with places like Raising Canes and Chic Fila maintaining good quality food attached to good quality customer service. The customer is not always right but if you want me to keep spending my money in your establishment you have to be able to meet me half way. After a long day at work and navigating through traffic the last thing I need is for my meal to be messed up!! They took the order for the Big Mac meal then did not include it then told me to go back around to re order it!? Half my order got cold waiting for them to fix the problem!! The manager was extremely mood talking about “give me my money” after they did not include part of my order! I demanded a refund because I no longer wanted food from this establishment and will Never come back to this location again! After multiple times of pulling off and finding all of my order not in the bag after paying I do not recommend coming to this location Or at least don’t be in a rush at a fast food restaurant cuz you have to do their job for them and check for accuracy before pulling off Lastly the frappes are coming out watered down!!

Always a wait even when ordered on app ahead of time, apparently this location hates lettuce because every item I order here has maybe 2 shreds of lettuce. Worst McDonald’s in the area, drive to Milford instead.

They keep forgetting to unlock the doors at 6am , kiosk always off , they cater too much to the drive through and ignore the customers inside , very dirty tables and floor , flies around soda machine, trash not empty
