My wife and I had the mushroom swiss burger and fries. It was the worst burger we have ever eaten. The meat was overcooked and dry. The onion rings tasted burnt. The only thing that saved it was the fresh potato bun. The fries were very bland......no seasoning at all. Would have preferred a cheaper tastier meal from McDonalds. Will not be returning.

Come to mooyah and they didn’t have the pumpkin pie milkshake that was advertised. Not properly uniformed. Overcharged me for my meal. They were playing YouTube inappropriate profanity videos with my kids around. My first experience here was not good at all. If there is a next time hopefully the service is better

I ordered through GrubHub and it was originally a 45 minute wait which I had no problem with. The restaurant didn't confirm my order for nearly 30 minutes after I placed it though and then delivery was delayed. Then delayed again after that so my food would not be arriving until 2 hours after I placed my order. I've been here before and their food is ok. Definitely NOT worth a two hour wait though. GrubHub was awesome and canceled/refunded me.

I rarely eat fast food, but I had a great turkey burger in MA and wanted to try them here. BIG mistake. The burger was dry, there was no MOOYAH sauce on it (which made it even more dry), and the chips were so salty that I had to throw them away. The whole meal was inedible. Disgusting.

First time here today never again. Place looked dirty works didn't have anything covering hair. Food was nasty pounds of salt on the fries and burgers were dry nasty a waste of 25$ which is crazy. Wendy's burgers are way better.

BJ and Andrew recognized I was new to Mooyah’s, got me oriented and made sure I had the freshest food possible. They were polite and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed with the customer service and speed that I got my order, as well as the clean, friendly environment. Food was excellent. We will return.

The manager was kind enough to refund my family's entire meal, but the food was very bad. They got the fries order wrong, it took almost 30 minutes to complete, and the buns on the burgers were stale, untoasted, and (in my case) covered in mold. Despite a sign at the entrance stating that face masks are required, some of the staff were unmasked. Many customers were unmasked, too. All in all, a thoroughly miserable experience. Don't eat here.

When I first started coming here it was great, nice people, the cleanliness was good and my kids loved it . Now they are rude not clean, the guy cooking the burgers did not change gloves once while touching other peoples food with sauce and other stuff on it . I told them I need a cheese on my burger so she takes my burger off my bun places it back on the grill and gives me another burger from the grill. Then I also ordered shakes which she made a mess of and ran them under the sink because they were messy. The floor is slippery and all the doors are locked except for one. The employees truly make this place a dump. It’s sad because this was a great place to come.

Honestly, when this place first opened I left a good review… but it he last 2 times I’ve been here the workers have been totally rude. The Main door was locked first of all … prolly to avoid customers I walked to the side door because I knew it was in hours. I thought at first it was just one bad Day but this is the second time I’ve entered the building and they have acted like I was a burden to them… they sluggishly moved from watching criminal minds ( great show but still -.- ) in the customers dining area to behind the counter in

We were just passing through the area & stopped for lunch. Walking in, the place smells amazing & is very clean. The bathrooms were well kept. Everyone was very kind to us & our two daughters. I'm sorry that I didn't get anyone's names, but the lady & gentleman were very kind! The gentleman gave my kiddos a cookie each & put cartoons on for them while we ate. There was also a Mary J Blige playlist on-- enough said there. The burgers were so delicious. It was our first time at a Mooyah & I wish we lived closer to this one because the whole experience was amazing. If you're thinking about stopping in, definitely do it!

To start things off, my order was not prepared as I had requested. I asked that the cheeseburger I ordered come with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on the side, and no barbecue sauce. I got the exact opposite of what I ordered. I do not understand why when I am [choosing to spend my money] with a business that my request could not be reasonably filled? If you don't want my business, that's fine. A happy customer is a repeat customer. Right now I'm not that happy with my experience...

Just came through tonight for 2 meals. Burgers and fries ordered on Yelp and picked it up. 1. They were out of fries??? 2. Both my burgers were made wrong 3. Both of my drinks with the meals were wrong. 4. Won't answer the phone to even talk to me. 5. I paid 33$ to get screwed. SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT PLEASE RESPOND TO ME.

Furious with this rip off. Received a coupon stuck in our door. Decided the photos looked good and would give it a try. Went to the specified address to place delivery order - just burgers and fries - about 50 bucks. Gave address, requested specified delivery time, and credit card info. We ordered at 4pm for a 7pm delivery. About 7:30, we tried to call the number of the store to check on the (obviously late) delivery. Was sent to an answering machine. The answering machine was full and went to dial tone. Tried again every fifteen minutes for about two hours. Just decided to check. Went to our bank website - no delivery at all - no phone call - but sure as heck, they charged my credit card for the full order. I'm going to report and complain to Better Business Bureau and have the bank instigate fraud charges ... but now it's almost 9:00 and it's a little late to start dinner ordering NOW. Save yourself a headache...order elsewhere.

ordered a custom build your own burger from online and it was horrible mashed together sloppily put and overall drenched in grease made with NO CARE and on top of that I ordered a double patty and they gave me singular I arrive to pick up curbside almost an hour after I initially ordered online and my order hadn’t even been processed so I had to wait an additional 15 mins for my food highly disappointed !!!
