Placed an online order, went in to pick it up. Gave them my name and what was in the order and I was harassed by the server and manager. The manager made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me MY food that I PAID FOR.
Horrible service, will never return.

I have had 3 disappointing experiences with breakfast take out in a row now, and I just can’t take it anymore. This most recent time, I ordered a corned beef hash omelette with cheddar cheese, home fries, and rye toast.
I received a corned beef hash and American cheese omlette, mashed potatoes that look like they USED to be home fries, and white toast.
I only ordered the ONE thing. I cannot comprehend how the cheddar cheese and rye toast got lost in translation entirely.
The time before this, I asked for eggs over easy with cheese on top. I received zero cheese. I have no doubt I paid for it though. Awesome, thanks Nick’s. I guess I’ll just stick .with Jerri’s from now on.

This place has great food. Haven't had a bad or even mediocre food. Everything is made fresh pretty much right in front of you down to the fire coleslaw.

Around 9:20 Am today I went here for breakfast with my bf. Service was okay. But the omelette that I ordered with spinach was over populated with mostly spinach and less eggs. The waitress asked me how was it. I responded. I guess she went to the manager and he came to me with 0 customer service, his approach was very defensive. He then told me that I already ate it. Which I did not! I opened up the omelette to look for egg but it was mostly vegetables. I made it clear that I never complaint, I just gave a feedback. But then he told me sorry. I immediately paid the bill, then walked out NEVER AGAIN Will We come back to this horrible place. He looked so miserable and poor customer service. He needs training!!!!!!! Nasty food anyways.
