Amazing experience! I stopped at this bar for the first time. Shannon was the bartender. The place was packed! When I made my way to the bar, the bartender acknowledge me. When she was done making drinks; she came back to me, I ordered my drink, and she came right back with it! I asked for her name. Shannon is her name! She is fast with drinks, she can handle a big crowd; and I would like to add that; when I was going to order from the menu, she had a great suggestion! Then after eating the best buffalo chicken tenders ever; a man walks out of the kitchen. Long story short; he is the owner. His name was Mark. I told him how wonderful Shannon is, and how good the food was! This place is an amazing spot in West Haven!

I was going there to Karaoke for 14 years or so. The place has gone down hill considerably in the last few years. The ladies room has been out of order and women were told to use the disgusting men's room for several weeks in a row. One night there was no running water and the toilets were all overflowing into the restaurant and they were still serving food and drink? For the last few months I have still been going for karaoke because I love the people that go and the family atmosphere of the other patrons; however, I only stayed until I had to use the ladies room then I would leave early and go home. The back room, which is visible to the patrons, looks like an episode of hoarders. Yet they would not let me cut a birthday cake there as, and I quote, "we would have to vacuum up the crumbs". I can't comment on the food as I have not eaten there in years because I did not trust the cleanliness enough. Now that they have no Karaoke to attend I will not be going back as that was the only thing they had going for them. It's sad the owner has not taken enough pride in his establishment to keep it clean, sanitary and inviting for some of what use to be his loyal patrons. The only positive comment I have is that a couple of the servers are pretty awesome.
Parking: The Parking lot is full of pot holes and loose gravel. Ladies don't wear your good heels they will be scuffed before you hit the door!

We've been going for karaoke for 13 years. Food is okay, but the floors are dirty, and bathrooms don't always work. Many of the chairs are broken. Owner is often inebriated and refers to designated drivers as scumbags for not ordering drinks. Also fired the karaoke dj after 19 successful years. We won't be going back.

Friendly atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. They have food and band parties with a very pleasant crowd of people of all ages. Every Friday night at 9 pm is Karaoke. Always a great time.
