I was going there to Karaoke for 14 years or so. The place has gone down hill considerably in the last few years. The ladies room has been out of order and women were told to use the disgusting men's room for several weeks in a row. One night there was no running water and the toilets were all overflowing into the restaurant and they were still serving food and drink? For the last few months I have still been going for karaoke because I love the people that go and the family atmosphere of the other patrons; however, I only stayed until I had to use the ladies room then I would leave early and go home. The back room, which is visible to the patrons, looks like an episode of hoarders. Yet they would not let me cut a birthday cake there as, and I quote, "we would have to vacuum up the crumbs". I can't comment on the food as I have not eaten there in years because I did not trust the cleanliness enough. Now that they have no Karaoke to attend I will not be going back as that was the only thing they had going for them. It's sad the owner has not taken enough pride in his establishment to keep it clean, sanitary and inviting for some of what use to be his loyal patrons. The only positive comment I have is that a couple of the servers are pretty awesome.Parking: The Parking lot is full of pot holes and loose gravel. Ladies don't wear your good heels they will be scuffed before you hit the door!

I've been going to Offshore for karaoke for 6 years... at first the place seemed ok, just overlooking a lot because I wanted to be there to support the KJ (karaoke jockey)... but as of late, many of the chairs are broken, the toilets have been out of order... one night both bathrooms were out of order yet Offshore remained open.., the food is mediocre.. one night I asked for grilled chicken with nothing on it, due to mouth issues... my mouth started burning and I couldn't place why.. they did not put pepper on it like in the past... I then realized it was garlic... I just couldn't eat it.. Shannon the waitress/bartender is amazing.. but that's the only thing I will miss about that place... the Kj was just fired, so I will no longer be going to this restaurant ... I would have invited friends to go to karaoke with me, but I was too embarrassed due to the unclean, outdated atmosphere and never knowing if there would be a bathroom in working order ..

Friendly atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. They have food and band parties with a very pleasant crowd of people of all ages. Every Friday night at 9 pm is Karaoke. Always a great time.

This place has the most happening karaoke on Fridays and also the most wonderful food with addicting soups and a glorious catering menu definitely worth it for your next event I don't come for the bar I come for the food! Although if you wanted to have a nice drink these bartenders are the most friendly bartenders in West Haven they make you feel like you are part of a family there!
