DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I ordered two General Tso’s , Chicken Lo Mein , and 4 egg rolls . Everything tasted old . I spent 50 dollars and it all went in the trash that’s how bad it was .. If you are looking for good Chinese food this is not the place.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Once upon a time this place had the best boneless spare ribs and general tso's. Now, they rush the food and it is low grade. The food is not properly cooked.

Large chicken and broccoli, large pork fried rice and 1 egg roll was almost $30 after tax and tip. I don’t like when places give you your food in the flat containers like this because we all know it’s just so they can give you less instead of giving you the clear pint or quart tubs. There was hardly any chicken in the chicken and broccoli. It’s just not worth it in the long run. Unfortunately, there’s only like 2 Chinese food places that will deliver here and the other one was closed.
I purchase a shrimp fried rice and inside the meal, was a piece of pork, when I call the store the lady was so dishonest and rude, trying to convince me that the pork was from somewhere else……

Great Chinese spot with good food at reasonable prices. The employees are friendly and get to know you by order after a while. The portions are large and the food is always consistently good. My go-to spot when in West Haven.
I always eat at this restaurant, until. I order chicken wings and French fries. The fries were cold and hard, the chicken was the same. I called, thinking she would, just whip up another. She literally kept repeating, you took a hour. So she blame the timing of my pick up. Was the excuse for horrible wings and fries, that look and taste horrible. I could have swore that why you have a microwave and oven. She would rude and didn't receive a refund or you think she would have offered a new batch nope. So I will not be eating at panda house anymore. Hey, I grew up on sing wah anyway. I live over here, so I ordered from here. Yikes . If I told the woman from sing wah, the same thing. She would had made, me another batch of chicken and French fries. Instead this stubborn woman Rather loose a customer. Go figure

Ordered food. Delivery driver never came. When I called back to confirm they went to the wrong address and refused to make delivery. They charged my card and did not refund.
