The pizza quality is getting worse and worse. The pizza is not cooked to its fullest. Look into the kitchen and you'll see it's not clean. The owner cooks the pizza and it's like he doesn't care anymore. He was very friendly in the past and now he barely ever says thank you anymore. I used the rest room and it was the nastiest bathroom I've ever seen. The toilet looks like it's never been cleaned. If you order at pizza pizza ask them about using bathroom. You yourself will see that this place should be closed down by the health department. Who knows what kind of germs you will get as the secret recipe. Hope you listen to my warning. Never eat anything made by pizza pizza if you value your health. May god be merciful on you if you dare ingest anything at that germ and bacteria infested place. If the pizza has a black spot check to see if it's a roach!

This pizza place is a GEM. Not only are they ABSOLUTELY delicious but they are soooooo friendly! I'm serious this has to be the BEST pizza and other food in West Haven. Hands down. TRY THEM!!!🥘 maybe this place is under new management? I just read a ton of bad reviews and it doesn't make sense to me, they are NOT what others have written on here and I am in no way shape or form friends or family of this shop. They are DELICIOUS make your own judgement!!!

We ordered here for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was KILLER good! The Taco Pizza was amazing! Great prices, unique gourmet pizzas, fast & friendly service! We will be back for more for sure. Give them a call for take-out tonight!

Very good customer service good serving time and good location to stop and get a bite they have access in the back for wheelchair it's wheelchair accessible multiple seating a wide variety of drinks and they have restrooms most credit cards are accepted except for American Express good Heating in the winter and good air conditioning in the summer

Sooooo slooooow. It took nearly an hour to get my takeout order (two burgers and a calzone), which they initially said would take 15 minutes. The place was empty - I was the only one there - and the staff had plenty of time to spend chatting on the phone. The hamburgers were tasteless and tough - granted that might be because they were put on top of the pizza oven to keep warm during the long wait for the calzone. The calzone was made fresh and tasted good - but place your order a long time before you get hungry!
