PROSPECT BEACH HOUSE Overtly racist staff Poor food and bad service Salad was made the day before and wilted and getting slimey on bottom topped with a tiny amount of old salmon that was also slimey Quesadilla was made with frozen bag chicken and not even cut neatly at least just overall gross really Staff outside smoking while customers are trying to eat at outdoor table Undeniably racist comments made about neighbors out running on beach as if the amount of blacks running around is why business is slow. My husband and son that had both spent money there and wouldve been regulars as they were with last owner. That same black man spent about $40/$50 twice in the place when it opened back up but I guess that wasn’t enough to be respected in his own community Tried food twice Disappointed both times Definitely do not recommend this place’s food and the attitudes of staff to the neighborhood is just as disgusting 🤮

Love the place, the coconut ice-cream is super rich and creamy
The service is excellent !! And the cookie amazing thank you I will be back tomorrow

I called in an order for pickup. It wasn’t ready when I arrived and I noticed they were just starting part of my order. The tuna melt was OK but the cheese was not melted, they need to rethink their process. The old way was better! Also the second part of my order was accidentally dropped on the floor and they had to start over. I stopped them and told them to never mind. They didn’t know how to refund money so called “Jim” who apparently was unavailable. I know there are kinks when opening a new business but they may want to look at a procedure book so the kids left to manage have something to reference. Ugh! They owe me a chicken quesadilla!

My first time here was Saturday and I had a sandwich and I looked around and I saw a lot of other things I like I recommended it to everyone West Haven and beyond friendly atmosphere excellent prices and delicious food!!!

Amazing Brown Butter Choc chip cookie. I got the How you doin? My favorite and don’t sleep on the Ashley’s ice cream!
