Been here twice and my bf and I love it! You’re treated like family (without the drama) from the moment you walk in. The food is also absolutely delicious. The tabouli is unparalleled and the babaghanouj is perfectly smoky. The hummus is perfect. You also can’t go wrong with a kebab or shawarma! They make an excellent stuffed grape leaf, served warm (my personal preference) but I’m certain they will accommodate if you ask for them cold. If you’re looking for Lebanese food in West Haven, look no further!

This place is definitely recommended if you like mediterranean cuisine, it was made fresh after I ordered and everything tasted delicious! Juicy falafels. The staff was super friendly and respectful, the attitude which I usually don't get at many restaurants around here. He gave me many samples as I was waiting for my orders to go, and everything was delicious so I ordered some extra stuff. Also they deliver so if you want to save money, don't use Uber eats but call the restaurant directly. Cheers!
Stopped here for lunch on the way to Rhode Island. Very tiny place, but the food was really good. We weren't a big fan of the hummus as it was too watery. But the rest was awesome. chicken shawarma was really flavorful. Beef was good too. We got a free Baklava using the yelp coupon and the guy gave another Baklava on the house. Yumm.

Good little spot for a casual lunch, dinner or takeout. It's nothing fancy....at all. Owners are very nice-in addition to our dinner selections of a falafel combo platter and a fattoush salad, we ordered the labbneh and moussaka. We were offered complimentary sides of stuffed grape leaves, potato salad and mjaddara (lentils).

Baklava was awesome, labneh was good, lamb shwarma combo was ok, their baba ghanoush was a little off, watery, smokier and a little more bitter than I prefer. Owner is very nice and hooked it up with extra free baklava and free potato salad.

We are all residents at Yale New Haven, and were looking for a new lunch spot. Let me tell you, Roaa did NOT disappoint! Besides the DELICIOUS food, the owner showed excellent hospitality and brought us falafel, potato salad, eggplant, lentils, and baklava on the house! We will be back for lunches, and will probably use them for catering in the future. Plus, they have free street parking for an hour! Would HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you! :)

Came here for lunch with some friends. The food was incredible and the owner was so sweet. He provided us with samples of many items on the house along with our meal. We got the combo platters. My friends got the lamb shwarma and I got the chicken shwarma. Also, the baklava was on point Everything was fresh and high quality. Highly recommended Rosa! So good!
