I brought my family to dine at this Roti Boti, and it's a complete disappointment compared to the Meriden location. Every time I visit, they’re out of almost everything I order. They never have Bihari kebab, which is ridiculous. Today was the worst—when I asked for Thai fried rice, the waiter came back and said their chef couldn’t even make it. Seriously, what kind of restaurant can't prepare a simple dish? Do better.
We ordered 6 tandoori rotis and a chana masala. The Rotis were inedible. They were dry and painfully chewy. The chana masala was edible but extremely spicy. I called the restaurant to let them know and they told me they had to disconnect because they had customers to take care of. If I could give this zero stars I would. That should say a lot about taste quality and service. Don’t say you were not warned.
