We started with the beef empanadas, pan de bono, & a fresh passion fruit juice. All three were delicious. We also tried the lomito saltado and carne tampiquena con camarones. The carne tampiquena was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice and full of flavor! The customer service was also great. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. We look forward to returning & trying new dishes.

I’ve been coming to Saoco for the past 6 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots in West Haven. The food is amazing, especially the Mondongo soup, it’s hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere.
The staff is super friendly, the vibe is always welcoming. If you’re looking for great Colombian food that’s consistently good, Saoco is the place to go.
