We started with the beef empanadas, pan de bono, & a fresh passion fruit juice. All three were delicious. We also tried the lomito saltado and carne tampiquena con camarones. The carne tampiquena was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice and full of flavor! The customer service was also great. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. We look forward to returning & trying new dishes.
I’ve been coming to Saoco for the past 6 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots in West Haven. The food is amazing, especially the Mondongo soup, it’s hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere.

My spouse and I went to Saoco for our early Valentine dinner and it was very good. We ordered the chicken empanadas, mondongo soup and the dish that included steak and herb butter and it was delicious! Our waitress was amiable and we felt very welcomed by her service and attention she provided. We agreed to return here in the future and we will certainly spread the word. Thank you Saoco for a great evening for my spouse and I.
