My family and I recently dined at Saray Restaurant in New Haven, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The staff, especially our waiter, Umit, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The food was absolutely incredible—each dish was bursting with authentic Turkish flavors, and everything was cooked to perfection. Whether you're a fan of traditional Turkish cuisine or trying it for the first time, Saray is the place to be. They deserve more than 5 stars! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!

It was my first time dining at Saray tonight and it was fantastic! Everything from appetizers to desserts were fresh, balanced and flavorful. The service was attentive and kind. Will absolutely be coming back!

First time at this place!! I live in West Haven but never bothered stopping and giving this place a try! Enjoyed my food and the atmosphere, friendly staff and great hospitality, great and fast service as we also had takeout for my wife.

Huge fan of years , please check your food quality as it seems way off lately . Food does not seem fresh, had to send baba g. Back as it was extremely rancid - everything we ordered was not your usual quality -

The service was great but the doner, lamb sish kabab werent delicious at all. Especially the doner didnt taste fresh at all.

Had a great lunch here. Enjoyed the setting with Turkish art pieces, and it was quiet and clean. A good place to bring your family. The servers were nice and helpful for our questions. All of our food was excellent including the mixed grill (a bit pricey for a small portion but everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly), lahmacun (very large portion that paired well with their yogurt sauce), fresh bread, and the sutlac (rice pudding which was surprisingly light with just the right touch of sweetness). Would 100% come here again.
