Mercimek corbasi. Blend of red lentil with Turkish seasoning and fresh herbs.

Shepherd salad. Chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley in lemon juice and olive oil dressing.
Mevsim Salatasi
Season salad. Romaine lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley with light lemon juice and olive oil dressing and topped with feta cheese.

It was my first time dining at Saray tonight and it was fantastic! Everything from appetizers to desserts were fresh, balanced and flavorful. The service was attentive and kind. Will absolutely be coming back!
