Terrible service. Refused to make a basic order that the website offers. Paid for food and drinks, then after sitting at the window, with my drinks for 5 minutes, they told me they were out.

Zero sense of urgency in this place. I was there for a pickup order I had put in 15 minutes prior, the girl says “oh I’ll pack that up in a minute,” then starts chatting with a coworker, plays on her phone, looks around and realizes she never even made the drinks, goes into the back for a couple minutes, saunters out with some Lids, stands around looking confused, plays with phone a little.
I guess she thought she has to be there all day, maybe I should too? I had to leave without the drinks. Dunkin is cheaper and they seem to give a crap that customers are on the way to work.

This is a really poorly managed Starbucks. Twice I’ve ordered ahead of time 10-30 mins prior to arriving and on both occasions I got notified “ready to go” when the order actually isn’t ready. Both times I’ve had to leave without my items (still paid) otherwise I’d be late to work.

Made an online order @7:25 and it wasn't ready until 7:48. It was 2 drinks and a cake pop. Ive waited less time at restaurants for a full meal than what I waited here for a small order. Defeats the point of ordering ahead I still have to wait a while when I arrived. The place was not packed. They had maybe 2-3 other orders. The inside looked a bit messy and a few tables had trash left on them. Staff also seemed to be on an off day and grumpy. Go to the other Starbucks not far away, skip this location.
