I’d like to state first and foremost that my issue was not the workers fault. Today I ordered the 699 meal deal which was available and listed on the app as having that location is participating in. However, due to someone’s error with the SUBWAY® app, they were not actually participating in the deal, even though it let me order it. I noticed that I was charged $10 instead. We got a little heated, as money is very important, but we were able to rectify it. Whoever is in charge of the app and participating deals should take action to correct this asap, as it will cause unnecessary trouble for the workers in the field, who do not need customers yelling at them for something they have no control over. As a fellow retail worker, I’m all to familiar. All In all we both settled down, aplologized, and I left with a yummy sandwich and cookies.

I finally decided to write a review. I came here a while ago to order some food. The woman at the counter didn’t have the greatest attitude. I said, whatever. People have bad days. She was super slow, and sighed every time we asked for something. I came again today because I was craving some Subway. The same lady was there! Terrible attitude. I wasn’t even 5 feet inside and she instantly remarked that she was super busy. She shouted it out to us, which wasn’t very nice. She said she had “60 sandwiches to make”. Like, what? 60?? She showed no compassion or kindness. We tried to get her name, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. It’s just so tiring man. I understand life and work can get stressful. But the audacity that worker had was unbearable. At least show some decency. Will never return to this location, which was on Sawmill Rd, West Haven.

Horrible customer service last few times visited Subway on Saw Mill Road in West Haven, Ct 06516. Today, we were told by a female employee that she could not make our sandwiches because she had an order of 60 sandwiches to make. She shouted this out to us as soon as we walked through the door, it was not very nice. We left and came back few minutes later because I wanted to read her name on her name tag, but she was not wearing one. She didn’t even recognize we were same customers and this time she told us she had 30 sandwiches to make. Hmmm. Was she even telling us the truth ? She has been unfriendly in the past as well. There also was a time when we could not use the restroom, even though we were paying customers, and this location does not even honor Subway coupons !!!
Never heard of such a thing ! Extremely poor customer service. After several attempts for them to redeem themselves, it just got worse. Will never return !!!

My boyfriend and I came here tonight and one of the workers was being suuuper rude to a clearly obvious new hire still in training, it was disgusting. the white woman in the picture was the one who was training the brown skin woman and was degrading her in front of customers, treating her like she was an idiot (though she clearly is still learning how to do everything) verbally abusing her almost.

She was inconsiderate of the trainee’s feelings, if that was me I 100% would’ve walked out and QUIT because I wouldn’t be able to deal with that behavior myself. My heart goes out to that poor girl who kept a smile on her face and continued trying her best.

This woman needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!!! SHE HAS TO GO!!

Highly recommend. Went in for a salad on my break and was informed of the protein bowl. That’s going to be my go to now. I witnessed how detail oriented they are, how they care about only using the freshest ingredients, and they changed gloves multiple times because the customer in front of me does not eat pork. They also give a very decent amount of ingredients.

I am beyond frustrated. I placed a mobile order for turkey, no mayo (I am allergic).

I ordered a second sub for my grandmother whom I was visiting and planned on eating dinner together, but would be unable to leave her side for several hours while my mother was out.

I discovered when I arrived to visit her that the sub I ordered had mayo on it and my grandmothers did not, even though it should have. I understand mistakes happen, but trying to follow up to resolve the issue is where my frustration arises.

I tried calling the store number that is listed on Google, the Subway website and the app and the number is non working.

I tried filling out the feedback form on the Subway website and the “store search” function and date function do not work on iPhone. I had to copy the message to a computer and submit it that way.

I returned the sub several hours later and they remade it without an issue and apologized, although it was a different shift of employees. I mentioned that I tried calling and their number wasn’t working and the employee just responded, “oh.”

I’ve ordered here in the past via mobile and when I arrived to pick it up the employee said my order was cancelled and didn’t know why. I had to wait in store while she remade it which made me late to another dinner date with my Grandma.

The store also does not accept coupons and it is also written in colorful ink on the glass that covers the ingredients. The store across from UNH does, however. Would recommend going to that one instead to save yourself a few bucks and frustration of dealing with this store.

Do not recommend there sloppy at making the subs I asked for no lettuce tomato and wanted toasted and cut and it was not done they didn't want to remake or reimburse me old manager was rude and disrespectful and the one who was making the sub didn't wear gloves and was disgusting. Messy sub and it was awful experience
