My friends and I were blown away by the overwhelming amount of flavors they offer for their shakes. It was an experience for us when we visited. We ordered Jamocha and Christmas Crack shakes that came we teas as complimentary. Don't let the overwhelming flavors deter you from trying out the drinks because they were very delicious. I love the fact that they are not too sweet and overly chocolate-y. They also use healthy ingredients to help you increase your vitamins/supplements intake (not for medical purposes). The service was excellent as well. 10/10 recommended!

Awesome place to grab a shake and tea. They have a ton of different flavors on their regular menu to select from and also have flavors of the month and special menus. There is truly something for everyone. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the ambiance is welcoming and relaxing.

Popped into Westies Nutrition because of their Disney Week Specials. They had Disney inspired flavored shakes and teas for a limited of time. I tried the Mickey's Red Velvet which tasted like chocolate cake batter. I also tried the Dole Whip which was a light, pineapple delight. Both these nutritious shakes were thick, sweet and tasted like dessert. The shakes packed with nutrients and protein. One thing that Westies stood out was that you got a free tea with a shake! I tried the Watermelon flavor that was sweet and refreshing. The baristas were very friendly and helped us with all our questions. The shop is large and open space with a few chairs and tables. It felt very welcoming and family-oriented to spend time drinking shakes and teas with the little kids. Their enormous menu is painted on the wall, easy to view, with their many flavor offerings for teas and shakes. There is something for everyone--for the fruit lovers, chocolate lovers and simple staples. Try Westies Nutrition for yourself and ask about their specials for the week!

I must say I’m surprised by all the 5 star reviews! Very beautiful cafe and nicely decorated. Barista working was very kind as well so I hate to leave this review but I’ve got to share that this was the worst drink I’ve ever had. It was not good and I threw it all away (got a free tea apparently with the hot choc) and it was not cheap either. $11 and change for a hot chocolate.

I was in the area and found Westies Nutrition after doing a Google search for local smoothie/health food stores. They offer low calorie, high protein shakes that will fill you up and taste pretty good. If I'm in West Haven in the future I'll stop by again.

The best shakes in CT. The staff is super friendly and I love that I can call ahead and place my order. It has become a daily habit for me and always makes me feel better immediately after I enter the place, the atmosphere is amazing. I love all the natural ingredients and the amazing flavors.

This was my first ever experience at a shake/tea bar type thing, and this turned out to be amazing! Walking in the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the venue is very roomy with ample seating, and the staff are energetic & courteous.What struck me though was the sheer customization factor for your shakes. there are so many different options for shakes and teas, and I was able to get a free tea with my shake! They did not take long at all to have made. Looks are deceiving as I thought the shakes were rather small at first, but they are very filling and satisfying! The teas are a great compliment too!I ended up getting the Wedding Cake shake paired with the Skittles Tea. They both taste exactly as they sound to me! The sheer amount of sweet made me ache afterwards, but it was worth it! There was enough of both to last me through a meetup with a few friends that lasted almost 2 hours, sipping between both drinks!Overall, this is a great place for shakes & teas! I'll definitely come back here the next time I'm in town; It's also right next to the West Haven Train Station!
