We were celebrating our anniversary. Staff never acknowledged. Drinks were terrible. The whole night I was freezing. We started with the calamari. It had no flavor and was overcooked. My husband ordered a Sirloin and it looked and tasted like a ribeye steak very fatty. His green beans were not even cooked all the way. I ordered the seafood risotto. It all tasted like it was cooked in lots of butter. The dessert was delicious.

I took my best friend to this restaurant for her birthday because she's an artist and absolutely loves water views. She was so grateful for the overall experience that she has been inspired to paint an ocean view similar to the view we had at our table. The service was exceptional, the food from appetizers, entrées to desserts were all delicious, and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you're out with friends, want a romantic dinner with your significant other, or celebrating an event, this is definitely the place to go. And if you're out of town, the hotel accommodations are equally as exceptional as our dining experience.

Going to this restaurant is hit or miss. Soup not hot, salmon overcooked, shrimp cocktail great, filet mignon cooked right. Coffee put hair on your chest. Service was slow but not badly so. Have eaten here before and it was great. Lemoncello cake dry. Better to order the gelato.

Beautiful setting overlooking the water. We had mussels for appetizer which were very small and just ok tasting. My seafood risotto was delicious but my husband did not like his tuna steak. It ended up costing $150 which for an average meal is a lot. We also had 2 glasses of wine.

My husband and I had an amazing meal here on our third wedding anniversary... We actually honeymooned at the water's edge and ate here on our wedding night and have been coming back yearly since for other breakfast, lunch or dinner and plan on continuing the tradition

Good food, very nice atmosphere. Our server was very efficient and friendly. Staying in the Water's Edge Resort we went to the Happy Hour at the Seafood Bistro. Was surprised Happy Hour priced drinks had no wine offerings at all.

We enjoyed our dinner! Food was excellent, portion size was great. Service was fabulous! Highly recommend. It was our first time dining there and we were thoroughly impressed. Beautiful sunset was a bonus!

Most of our 4 appetizers and entrees were not prepared as we asked and they were low quality. The French onion soup was barely toasted cheese. The calamari was cool and rubbery. The chicken in the rigatoni dish was rock hard. The seafood risotto was soggy and bland. I could go on, but I think you get the gist of our experience. We decided not to press the issue with the server. I wanted to talk to a manager but they started playing lousy, loud music and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Never again.

Everything was perfect! We were celebrating my parents 53rd Anniversary. Food was spectacular and the staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you to all for making this such a special night for my parents

We were the only ones in the restaurant so that makes this review more troubling. For starters, no bread or like accompaniment. Automatically disqualifies you as fine Italian in my book. The beet salad and the charcuterie were actually both excellent. Then came the entrees. My wife's chicken piccata was prepared medium rare. Had to send it back as not safe to eat. My seafood risotto had a nice amount of nicely prepared seafood but the risotto itself was undercooked and even crunchy at times. Couldn't understand why food was hastily prepared as we were not in any rush and were alone in the restaurant

What a disappointment. The food was honestly awful. The risotto was undercooked and crunchy. It was soupy due to the rice not absorbing the juice. The rigatoni dish was bland with dried out chicken and RAW eggplant. So bad it was kind of shocking. The waiter said he would alert management, but nothing was done. We didn't hear from them. Will not return.

When you have a beautiful resort, you need to have a restaurant with awesome food. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the mark. My boyfriend and I had a pumpkin caramel martini which I assume is only available around the holidays and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the white bean ravioli dish for my appetizer which was decent, but not great. This dish probably could be tweaked to make it a lot more flavorful. I had the halibut for my main course and it was single handidly, the worst entree I have ever in my life had at a restaurant. It was bland with zero taste and there was absolutely NO SEASONING on it whatsoever. There was some kind of sauce poured over the halibut, but it did absolutely nothing to enhance the flavor or taste of the fish. You might as well have not even put the sauce on the fish, because neither the sauce or the fish had any taste whatsoever. Its such a shame that such a beautiful, picturesque resort has such a low quality restaurant on its premises. It also doesn't help that when you walk out of the restaurant I noticed there is a giant, monstrosity of a 5G tower right across the street from the resort which cell phone towers are a serious health hazard. I would suggest finding a different place to eat. While the ambience and view is amazing, the food certainly does not match the fancy, upscale atmosphere of the property.

We had a fabulous dinner at Dattilo following a wonderful spa day at Water's Edge. The service was terrific and the food was incredible. Our only complaint, which is fairly significant, is that many of the staff were running and bounding up and down the staircase that goes through the main dining area. This cause a lot of noise and was extremely distracting and disruptive for ambience and environment.
