First off I did not end up getting anything because the service was so lousy and told me if she took too long I could leave so I did because she was sitting at the counter talking and on her phone for ten minutes while I was waiting to order. I went to the Westbrook gas station Dunkin’ to get a strawberry colatta. The woman that was there was completely rude and disrespectful.

The owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts location was serving drinks when I ordered an iced caramel latte with less ice. Instead of properly filling the cup, we were handed a drink that was half empty. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an insult, especially given the rising costs these days. If it were possible, we would leave a negative star review for the improper service and lack of consideration. We will not be returning.

They ran out of the empanadas and I was given a bagel as a replacement with a free donut. They were so nice and honest about the situation.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I got a very simple medium iced coffee with skim milk and vanilla swirl, in a normal medium it is 3 pumps or flavor with 3 shots of milk. That is the standard at all Dunkin’s for mediums unless specified. I received 1 pump of flavor with 1 shot of milk so I’m basically drinking black coffee :(
