We specifically came for the usual Salmon sandwich which we really look forward to before the great evening of dancing. We were really disappointed that they took this item off their outdoor menu....we asked the waitress if the chef could cook this for us and we were told they were too busy..

Half hour + for wings, and three orders of New England Clam Chowder. The clam chowder got to the table it was cold. The French Dip sandwich was OK. Steak Frites were good. Drinks were ok. The server was very hospitable. Overall was expecting better.

Waste of an afternoon. Worst service I've had in over 10 years. Salad was meh and soda was flat. Sure, you have a view. But, there are much better places on the water.

We were here on vacation and dined here twice in the 4 days we stayed at the resort.
The vegetarian options are limited but all of them are delicious, freshly made and portions are decent sized too.
Beet salad is really good. Quesadilla is recommended
The cocktails
Water's edge punch is a must try.
Paloma and spicy margarita are the second best.
People are kind and attentive.
Don't forget to get French fries with cocktails and take them to the beach! Have a blast!

The worst wings I've ever had. I never complain about food in restaurants usually, but this was another level of bad. I thought about trying something else upon being disappointed with the buffalo wings, but then I heard a woman near us complain about the lack of substance in the salad. It's no for me. We didnt even ask for a refund because we were short on time. The view is the best part, trust me, take your money elsewhere.

I've been staying at Water's Edge this week and enjoyed dinner at the Seaview Bistro on Friday for their prime rib special and entertainment. I was thoroughly pleased with both! My Caesar salad was unique, for me at least, in that the anchovies were front and center, placed right on the salad rather than in (or perhaps in addition to being in) the dressing. My prime rib was cooked perfectly, and the chocolate bomb dessert, filled with chocolate and raspberry mousse, was indeed "da bomb"! :) My server, Serena, was delightful and friendly, and my seat, next to the crackling fire, was hard to beat.

What a view!
On the decline and not impressive at all. More expensive because of Easter but offerings lackluster. No whole smoked salmon as advertised nor were the crepes flambeed with cordial of choice. There was no cordial. And speaking of crepes they were pre made. Shrimp was watery and limp. Carving station meats were dry. Pesto for pasta station was replenished from a plastic, grocery store container. Platters remained in need of attention and chafing dish entrees were cold. The English muffin served with Eggs Benedict was untoasted. The waitress seemed to have too many tables and when something was needed, the guest had to get up from the table, find her and make the request. Carol, at the entrance podium, needs a refresher course in politeness. And where are the table cloths - no where in sight. A cost saving measure as the entrée selections which were chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, some beef swimming in gravy with more vegetables than meet, and some unimpressive cod. Too bad such a bad experience because Water Edge Brunch was an Easter tradition, but that tradition ended with Sunday's presentation and service.
Ben our server was very friendly. The food and drinks were great.

We had the the salmon (cooked beautifully with roasted potatoes and asparagus) and the swordfish with risotto. My husband and I both enjoyed our dinners immensely and for dessert we had crème brûlée and gelato.
We are local. This place used to have a great brunch. This past weekend we wanted to celebrate 2 birthdays and “treat ourselves” to a nice brunch. Went at 1:30 and the place was dead. Wondering why but happy to have the nice view and great food….. First- terrible service. Waited forever (35 minutes) for a mimosa and 2 beers. My daughter had to ask twice for her Shirley temple. Plates stacked up. Food was mediocre at best. For close to $50 pp the only decent item was shrimp cocktail. The carving station had a tiny grisly end piece dying under the lights. The crepe station was throwing a tortilla like “crepe” (premade) on a pan of oil. Everyone stood around and acted like we were a bother (heard 2 cooks say to each other “it’s almost over”. ) We tried to make the best of it because of the gorgeous view. But definitely has gone downhill. And with the tip automatically added it’s clear they don’t care about giving good service. Icing on the cake was my careless husband left a birthday card with cash in it on the table. Could you guess- no one turned it in. Greedy and terrible all together. Will be trying to reach the manager.
Eight of us were here for a Christmas celebration. There was not one decoration in the entire dining room. Menu prices were high, which would be acceptable if the food was good. One of us had the halibut. It was almost $40, and was so dry and had no taste. Two of us ordered sirloin steaks. They were not sirloins, they were ribeyes. A caesar salad with salmon was decent, but the piece of salmon was pretty puny. Mashed potatoes were cold. This dinner averaged out to about $80 per person. Crazy !!
My sister, my best friend and I had a beautiful lunch there today! The food was absolutely spectacular and our server Laura was so attentive and pleasant!!! Highly recommend for food and service by all three of us!!
Awful awful service. It took 20 minutes to be greeted by a server, then a simple appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive. We decided to cut our losses at that point and cash out early
