I've been staying at Water's Edge this week and enjoyed dinner at the Seaview Bistro on Friday for their prime rib special and entertainment. I was thoroughly pleased with both! My Caesar salad was unique, for me at least, in that the anchovies were front and center, placed right on the salad rather than in (or perhaps in addition to being in) the dressing. We had the the salmon (cooked beautifully with roasted potatoes and asparagus) and the swordfish with risotto. My husband and I both enjoyed our dinners immensely and for dessert we had crème brûlée and gelato.

The vegetarian options are limited but all of them are delicious, freshly made and portions are decent sized too.
Beet salad is really good. Quesadilla is recommended
