I am gluten free, my husband is not, and we both love Still Delicious, which is a dedicated GF bakery in Westbrook, CT. It offers plenty of dairy free and vegan options as well. Mark is the owner and a pleasure to deal with. He is passionate about what he does and always takes the time to discuss what he makes and offers suggestions. I don't think there is anything I haven't tried there. My absolute favorites are the muffins (all varieties), the rustica baguettes, the whoopie pies, the half cookie/brownies and the mini loafs (all varieties). My husband will no longer eat regular muffins and panics when we don't have any Still Delicious muffins left in our freezer. We basically buy big batches and freeze them so we always have them on hand. He also can't get enough of the whoopie pies. That's his favorite dessert. There is always plenty of delicious baked goods available at Still Delicious but since it's a small bakery, I like pre-ordering since I always buy bigger quantities. This is not a sit down place but a typical bakery where you order and take out. Absolutely recommend trying it out! You will be hooked.

On my drive home from Westbrook, I stopped by Still Delicious because I was in the mood for something sweet. Still Delicious is a family owned bakery, they specialize in allergen free baked goods. Even though I don't have any allergies to ingredients typically founds in cookies and bread, I still appreciate that they are available to those who are. It is very small inside, it doesn't appear that they have any seating available. It's more of an order and go type of place. The gentleman working here told me his name was Mark. He was very friendly, and told me about some of the products. The Whoopi Pies looked very tempting. I decided to go with the cookie/brownie combo. It has a proper name, but it's escaping me right now. This is a brownie on the bottom and a cookie on the top. Oh I couldn't wait to dig in! This was just under $6.00. The cookie is soft with chocolate bits, under it is more chocolate goodness with the brownie layer! Yum! I sat in my car and enjoyed each bite! The chocolate wasn't melty or gooey, this was still very fresh, soft and to me pretty unique. I would love to try more from Still Delicious! If you're in the area please stop by and try something delicious from Still Delicious!

Came and tried the cookies and coconut bread. Very tasty! I don’t need gluten free but I enjoy it, and these were some of the best I’ve had. My favorite ever was from Glutenous Minimus in Belmont MA. They closed years back :-(

Perfect! I never have to worry about my guests with dietary issues being left out of dessert fun. Tried their GF and dairy free biscuits this time too. Unbelievably light and fluffy.

Best gluten free baked goods I’ve been able to find in the last few years. The bread and bagels don’t fall apart while also tasting so good!! It can be so tough to find gluten free food that tastes good and doesn’t fall apart, Still Delicious does an amazing job of that. Their bagels also freeze really well!

Picked up 2x pizza crust. When I got home they were completely deformed, broken and had frost bite on them.

If you eat gluten-free, then you'd know how depressing that can be. Oftentimes, you have to settle for "good enough...for gluten-free," and that's the best-case scenario, the best that you can hope for. You know, they're okay, but not exactly satiating. The baked goods from Still Delicious bakery, however, are incredible. They aren't just "good for something that's gluten-free," they're good, period. If you don't say that they're g-free, nobody would be able to tell, seriously. It's just too bad that I live in New Hampshire, because I would have become a regular customer otherwise. While vacationing in Old Saybrook with my family, I felt really left-out when they could enjoy fresh Krispy Kreme donuts, while I couldn't. So, I searched for the nearest gluten-free bakery to us and found this one. My husband and I went in, and the man who worked there was very patient and explained to us what each item was.I ended up purchasing a paleo coconut muffin (super hot and fluffy!), sour cream coffee cake (it tasted so good, it almost felt sinful to eat, LOL), and a giant loaf of unsliced bread (the inside is soft, moist, and fluffy with lots of air pockets, comparable to the inside of a freshly baked baguette!). What I loved most was how bread-y and yeast-y the bread tasted, like a loaf of yeast-risen wheat bread!Just go to this bakery already. Everything there is baked in small batches by someone who knows what they are doing.

Our family bought a variety of items, whoopie pies, cupcakes, carrot and banana breads all of them moist and perfectly dense. Also cookies and Brookie were all delicious. Looking forward to my next Still Delicious treat!

I appreciate that everything is gluten/nut free etc, but found the bakery items to be really expensive. $6 for a whoopee pie! It is not very inviting to stay and eat at the communal table either. Not sure if I will be back!

The Brookies are delicious. Dinner rolls are perfect. Your store is always spotless. I give you lots of credit for serving our community who has allergies and keeping us safe.
