The environment is very clean and great, and even the outside of the shop is very pleasant with clean and great table and chair arrangements for evenings in the open air. Most importantly, the management and employees are very friendly and great. I have been there several times for lunch and dinner, they are very good.

Ordered doordash because im stuck at work and id like to say...its probably the best for myself and the subway I ordered from. I go to this subway regularly...usually have a great conversation with the man who is always working (i assume the owner) i ordered door dash got a double meat steak and an add 50% meat rotisserie chicken. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED and will not go back to this subway. Because I was not in person and ordered door dash the sneakiness of not giving me what I ordered is spiteful and WRONG!

Ordered an online protein bowl from a different subway and wasn't satisfied with the service or portion. My order was clear; on my receipt and everything. Stopped in at the Westbrook location and was very pleased with everything. Definitely will travel a bit farther for the service and portion. The protein bowl was even cheaper than the one I ordered online. Thank you Westbrook Subway! I'll be back

We were on a road trip and stopped here for a quick lunch to go and we were pleasantly surprised by the great service. We were immediately greeted by John who was incredibly welcoming and talked with each of the kids. The food was prepared quickly while he chatted with us. The sandwiches and cookies were great. Highly recommend!

We were helped by John who was absolutely amazing!
He was very friendly, chatting with us while preparing our sandwiches. He has a great sense of humor and a genuine interest in others, a real stand-up guy.
Our sandwiches turned out great and we got to enjoy them in the sun on the tables and benches outside.
To top it all off, John brought us a bag full of free food and drinks while we were sitting outside as a token of his appreciation.
