I just stopped at this subway to grab a tuna foot-long, and John recommended the roast beef, so I went with it… Great guy, and a fantastic foot-long sandwich. Very happy I stopped here and listened to his recommendation… Thank you.He even cut them in half for me, which I didn’t ask for, but I think it’s great.

This place is definitely a rip off! I've drive by here for a while and finally decided to stop in. I ordered ahead online and when I arrived home. Opened my "Outlaw" and it was half filled!!! I've never had more sad of a sandwich than this one. If I could give no stars this would be it!!!

I was about to enter the Westbrook Subway restaurant this evening and saw the clerk behind the sandwich counter playing volleyball with a customer on the other side of the counter. This seems like a major Health Department violation.

Although the sandwiches were good, my experience here was AWFUL. There was a dog in the back that looked like it need help. I think that this should be a health code violation. Also, me and my friend were called princess, and other weird names like that. We were also offered an excessive amount of free food which I thought was weird. Overall would not recommend. the guy Tom or John who works there was very creepy.

This is by far the best Subway on the shoreline. I've eaten there many times and I've been impressed with the quality and freshness of the food, the staff is very friendly and although they move quickly you don't feel so rushed that you forget an ingredient that you wanted.

Stopped in for a few cookies and ended up buying a meal. John was very professional and helpful as I placed my order and made a tasty sandwich. The store is easy to find off of Route 1 and very clean. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.
