We just had my Dad’s 90th birthday at Arezzo today. Everything was fabulous! The food and service was wonderful. Wonderful gnocci and salmon. A great place for a party or dinner!

Place sucked. Went here for Valentines day, they only had a prefix menu which was never mentioned. They did change it up for us but had to keep the same price as the prefix menu. Ordered chicken parm, which was okay nothing special, but almost $80 for that, some meatballs, a scoop of ice cream, and a glass of coke was overpriced. Service was trash, had to wait so long, and had to deal with server that just seem to have an attitude for anything and everything. Total with tip came out to $170. Just saw my credit card and was charged a total of $183. Somehow might have tempered with the bill to increase it to $183. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was a weird vibe. Not a soul in the restaurant on a Friday night at 7pm. The food was very good but just could not get over the fact that there was no one there. When we walked in we didn't even think the place was open. Though it is a beautiful waterfront location im not sure i would go back because of the off-setting vibe of having great reviews but no one there.

They called last minute to cancel our reservation for a dumb reason and I heard it’s not the first time they do the same because they don’t have any other reservation so if anyone receive a call canceling your reservation you know why!!

Overall it was good. Didn't blow me away or anything. Bread was okay. Food was good. Staff was friendly, albeit a bit slow. I was surprised for a Friday night we were only one of three tables there in the whole place. Crazy since the place was huge.

Worst experience at a restaurant. Arrived for our 7:30 reservation on time and seated reasonably quickly. The host seemed to be occupied in the bar area and not focused on incoming guests, but we did get seated within five minutes. Once at the table, we waited 25 minutes for anyone to come to take drink orders or offer water. About 20 minutes later, a waiter came over to take our dinner order. We knew there would probably be a holiday menu for Valentine's Day, but still chose this restaurant expecting a few options at least similar to their regular menu. There was either seafood or lamb. We were told there was no regular menu for the evening and ordered anyway, but later, other guests were ordering from it. Salads came out quickly, as we reminded the server we had not gotten our drinks. While patiently waiting, multiple tables got up and left, clearly upset about the wait. At 90 minutes, I flagged down the waiter again, and asked him how much longer our meals would take. It was now 9pm on our 7:30 reservation, after only eating the small pile of arugula they called a salad. He returned to tell us it was coming out soon. I understand a busy night, but the restaurant was 1/3 full and multiple staff standing around looking as disappointed as we were. Eventually I asked the server to just bill me for the food we did have, and cancel the rest. Only then did he bring our drink ordered at the beginning of the night, and a complimentary glass of wine (I don't drink). I declined and asked him multiple times for the check. I was charged over $50 for two salads, a glass of sparkling water, and nearly two hours of my own time, only to go home and treat my lady to leftovers on Valentine's Day. Staff that I interacted with were polite and friendly, ambiance was dated, but nice. This would be a really nice restaurant with an update and efficient kitchen management.

The service was cordial, and everything was brought to the table with no wait at all. The food was excellent, and we loved the music selections and beautiful holiday decorations. Thank you!

We were escorted to our table in the holiday festive solarium with a view of the water by a charming hostess. The venue is an old Italian restaurant with Italian music/songs to go along with it. The food was excellent and service superb. We totally enjoyed our New Year's Eve dinner.

We love Arezzo! It's our go-to place, with attentive service and consistently wonderful food. My husband's Chicken Parm was delicious -- as always! -- and my fig salad, followed by a halibut special, was outstanding. We have always felt warmly welcomed, well attended, and well fed!! A delightful night out, and the place we always turn to for special occasions.

Fine restaurant beautiful location. Food was great, simply need to get a staff together for lunch time. Pretty much the chef and the manager were and are the only staff for lunch time

I went to this restaurant with a party to celebrate my friend’s birthday and we all had a really bad experience. I’m not talking about the food, It was ok, nothing special. But what really disappointed us was the service and the amount they charged us.When we got to the restaurant they served Pellegrino water for all of us, even for people that wasn’t drinking it. They filled every cup on the table. The sodas are fountain drink, which usually is refill. No informations on the menu saying the opposite. We spent over $100 on sodas thinking that was refill, once they never brought cans or bottles to the table so we could count them, plus pellegrino bottles. It costed a lot more than what we’re expecting. My wife and I had chicken parmigiana, and the food was ok. I asked if it was able to change the pasta red sauce for Alfredo sauce, the server said that was possible but never said they would have to charge extra $ for that. When the bill came, they charged $20 for the Alfredo sauce. Our check was over $700. The restaurant is not that expensive, but these little things you might want to consider if you’re planning to visit it.When we’re paying the bill I asked the manager about these extras charges and he smiled saying “in Westport is a shame for the restaurant and the clients if I tell them I need to charge extra money”.I rather be “ashamed” than surprised and spend more than I was expecting, and I believe I’m not the only one.Well, anyway now I feel ashamed to come back to the same restaurant.I’m from Greenwich CT and I was never treated like this before.
