Rude and unhelpful staff. Frat boys playing cards in the back and mocking customers as they try to pay. Who runs a business like that? They have a Terrible selection of beer. There are Plenty of other liquor stores to spend money at. Will never go back.

I ordered a bottle of wine from them through a third party app. The order was confirmed and processed but never shipped. I reached out several times as this was supposed to be a gift. By the time they did reach out they informed me that Black Bear did not have the inventory to fulfill the order and it would be canceled. This was about 2 weeks after I placed the order, too late to make an alternate plan. Be cautious dealing with the seller.
