This is your locals cheer bar , food is consistent, the bartender is always kind and works her butt off. Music nights are so much fun . Its just a great dive bar with surprisingly good food when you need to eat. Nothing fancy just good ol folks having fun

Floors still crooked, stuffed clams and chowder still awesome !!!.. when it's cold outside it's still warm in here. Still has the classic duck vibe, crowd from the train, live music on the weekends and friendly bar tenders...... however only one bathing suit left in the mens room

I have to admit from the outside looking in I did not think that it was going to be a good place for me LOL but as they say you can't judge a book by its cover! The environment was very warming the staff was incredible the food was great and I had a great time. The food came out hot and fresh and I will definitely stop back in when we drive from New York up to Rhode Island.

Literally a barge permanently anchored on the Saugatuck River, "The Duck" is Fairfield County's dive bar of over 60 years! Fresh catch of the day seafood and other bar favorites are sure to satisfy anyone's appetite. From 4-630is happy hour where drinks and apps are half off. Always a good time when Craig, Jules, Bobby or Tracy are tending bar. The food is mostly great but some items, such as the Lobster Mac & Cheese and Potato Skins are forgettable, but the homemade soups, crab cakes, po boys, wings and stuffed burgers are excellent!

Don't recommend this place. Claustrophobic, loud, unkempt and the food isn't good to boot.

Says handicap access,no way. Tried to come in through the kitchen where the ramp is, and going it totally impassible. Got the walker, and braved the 10 steep stairs in front. Forget it! Food was subpar. Clams casino were tiny little necks with a tiny piece of bacon and Italian spices. Burgers were ordered medium, came past well done. Were way too small for the bun. Service was slow. Won't be back.
Parking: Tight. 12 cars maximum.

Stopped on a car trip because of DDD and I must say it's a really good place. Service from Eileen was so excellent. Eileen may be on of the kindest and most patient human I've ever met. Clam strips were so amazing I can't even explain it. Great wings and fish and chips. I would def recommend!!
