This is my new go to for catering. The food and value is exceptional, Andrea and Armando couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Capuli is a hidden gem.

3rd time here, 1st time disappointed.
The food here is very good, and that was no exception on a recent Saturday visit with a friend. I order the artichoke-jalapeno dip appetizer every time (it's that good). For those arriving with a large appetite: portion sizes are ample, but no more than that. The place is cozy and gets very noisy so be prepared to speak in raised tones.
So what went wrong?
1. We arrived at what would be considered peak dinner time and were told they were already out of 3 entrees. This shrunk an already small menu for us. These were standard entrees, not specials that were off-menu.
2. Our waitress lacked focus throughout and really ruined the experience. She consistently forgot to return to our table for things; ex. to replace a utensil she dropped, to bring out dessert menus when we had asked (well after most patrons had left and there was limited action in the place to distract her) and generally disappearing at the end of the evening. I'm understanding of staff performing difficult jobs in busy environments. Even then, I'll say without intention of insult that this isn't the right job for her.
3. Here's where it got... weird? My friend finished half the entree and asked to take the rest home. 15 minutes later, after paying the bill and checking in twice with the waitress, the leftovers still weren't brought out yet. Waitress finally brings it out, and we leave. At some point my friend commented that the leftovers were oddly warm. open the container to discover it was a newly prepared, ultra-small portion of the same dish that was ordered.... as in, they must have accidentally thrown out or dropped the original leftovers and then scrambled to make more to put in the take-home container. Except there was less in the container than what was taken from the table, and it lacked some of the ingredients as well: the mushrooms and shrimp were conspicuously missing (shrimp were a $9 add-on to the dish and only half of them had been eaten). So, this was a poor attempt at a coverup.
Chef Armando and wife need to do better than this. Businesses need to be transparent and honest with customers. Putting aside the poor service we received, someone needed to come to our table and explain that the leftovers were accidentally discarded but they are prepping a FULL REPLACEMENT meal. Not a 1/4 portion minus the shrimp we paid extra for. I honestly feel like they stole from us.

The food was delicious and the the atmosphere of the restaurant was very comfortable. There were many choices for anyone requiring gluten free or vegetarian options as well as traditional fare. We love their cocktails and the service was perfect. Will be back.
A lovely cozy place with a warm yet elegant atmosphere. Great noise level that was pleasant but allowed conversation. Food was delicious and the staff very polite and accommodating.
Having visited before, we decided to try lunch this time. Our cocktails were right on point, I had the Espresso Martini and my husband a Pear Bourbon both smooth and balanced. We shared the grilled octopus and the beets salad to start. The octopus was cooked cooked to perfection. The sweet pecans and goat cheese were a nice combination to our beet salad. We decided on the Orecchiette with Clams and the Seared Scallops. We raved over both dishes. The combination of the Italian sausage with the clams just brought the flavors over the top. The seared scallops, my husband devoured them. We couldn't bypass dessert. We shared their homemade creme brûlée, nicely caramelized top. We really enjoy the food and service here and will be back.
Spent Christmas Eve Dinner at Capuli and very happy we did. Our server was perfect in every way. The ambiance is very European and the food was delicious. My scallops were perfectly seared and I enjoyed the accompanying sides. My wife just finished her last night’s dinner for lunch and raved. Will definitely go back.

Amazing! The scallops and steak were outstanding – perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Everything was delicious! Our server Gaby was sensational: attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend Capuli! We'll be back soon. 😊
As soon as we walked into Capuli, we felt right at home. It has a nostalgic, old school Italian vibe that felt familiar and homey. We both got the vegetable broth and Mediterranean bowl, and each were fresh, delicious, and perfectly portioned. We loved that the hummus was homemade. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Capuli has a varied menu with vegetarian options. It is a small place and the service is excellent. It was quiet when we ate there but it was also between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Parking is not easy - it is all off site, but there are parking lots within walking distance.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Capuli, and I have to say, our experience was made absolutely exceptional thanks to Gaby, our server. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone for the evening.
Gaby was attentive without being intrusive—she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Her menu recommendations were spot-on, and you could tell she truly cared that we enjoyed every part of our meal. She checked in at just the right times, made sure our drinks were always full, and handled everything with professionalism and charm.
It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency, kindness, and such a positive attitude all at once. Gaby made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table, and because of her, we’ll definitely be returning to Capuli soon.

Capuli had a great atmosphere for quiet, intimate dining. Our server was very nice and attentive without hovering. I didn't love my entre, partly because I didn't thoroughly read all the ingredients and didn't expect sausage in pasta with clams. The grilled octopus was pretty good but it didn't blow me away. I really enjoyed the vanilla ice cream with hot espresso poured over top. Simple but yummy and not enough caffeine to keep me up!
Food was mez, nothing to rave about. We did order the linguini and clams entree that server suggested and it was bland, no flavor. Apps were better than entrees.
We had the chimichurri shrimp and beef appetizers. The beef had some gristle so it wasn't as appealing as the shrimp, but the pieces that were free of gristle were fine. Overall we enjoyed them. We had the scallop dish and the salmon. Both were tasty and delicious but felt I could've eaten another scallop or two as only 4 small ones were part of the entree. However it left room for a yummy chocolate mousse which was to die for. We will be back!
This was our first time here absolutely wonderful! Not only was the food amazing our server Gavi was a gem. Cannot say enough good things about her. Gavi was super sweet and helpful in guiding us with food recommendations. The grilled octopus is a must! We are from New York but would gladly take a ride to come back!!
