Had an awesome luncheon today. The menu was outstanding, everyone enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. The staff was also terrific and so attentive. Definitely recommend.

Our recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Despite having a 9:00 pm reservation, we were ignored for over 20 minutes upon arrival and weren’t seated until 9:50 pm. While I can understand being busy, this level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the service we received was shockingly unprofessional. Our server was rude, visibly annoyed, and responded to us with disrespectful remarks throughout the evening. Even though the food was good, the appalling service completely ruined our experience. We will not be returning, and I would suggest serious improvements to your customer service. This review is generous for the disgusting service we received.

Disorganized, dishonest and lacks creativity, this restaurant would never survive if it was any where else other than a small town with few options. Skip it.

Food was excellent! Waitress was not. She was rude. Started off asking if they had Guinness, she "laughingly" said "This is an Italian restaurant". I've been to a hundred Italian restaurants, most had Guinness. It isn't what you say,it is how you say it. Later on, after not coming back with our water in a timely manner, she judgingly asked me if this was my second Aperol spritz. I did explain to the host what happened. Hopefully she was just having a bad night.

The food was excellent. We had osso bucco and rigatoni bolognese and affogato and all was delicious! I thought the fagioli was garlic heavy and did not enjoy. It is pretty loud inside, no view other than a street and a parking lot. Nice decor. Drinks were also good.

Staff was very nice. The food was good, they have their own perspective on dishes.

We just ate lunch there. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back. My brother Robert has been in CT on Vacation over the last 3 months and this was his going home lunch. There were 8 of us and our server Jenny was incredible. She got all of the orders correct and kept checking in on us in an unobtrusive manner. A really enjoyable and memorable afternoon in Westport. Thank you.

Good food and the wait staff were very attentive. A bit cramped inside, but that's probably because it's a popular spot and I can't fault the ownership for maximizing their capacity. Be forewarned that there's a 3% surcharge automatically added to the bill for the kitchen workers. It's a bit deceptive as the surcharge line item is printed in Italian (not English).

Soribeth served four of us a delicious meal outside last night. We had interesting cocktails before the meal and each ordered a different entree. All were outstanding. Soribeth made our dining experience especially memorable because of her warm, welcoming hospitality. We will be back!! Thank you!

Everything about this place is excellent, from the food to the service. However, the noise level at night is extremely high. The music is VERY loud and inappropriate for dining. We had to yell at each other in order to carry on a conversation. I don't want to be irritated or annoyed while dining out. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure what the whole hype about this restaurant is about. Outside seating with view of...the parking lot. The bread was great. The food is basic and overpriced. It's overpriced because of all the hype it gets. I asked for the mixed greens but they said they couldn't add chicken to make it into a chicken salad. Of course, cause they wanted me to pick one if the $35 chicken plates. They finally brought me a plate full of dry kale with 4 croutons as a meal. The waiter was nice and polite. Overpriced basic food. Look at restaurants nearby, there are so many great restaurants in the area.

This place is over rated, food was ok but nothing that would make me come back. Our group was with a celebrity and it was the first time we experienced being rudely interrupted due to that. Also, very loud and very hard to hear your party while at the table.

The burrata was fine, nothing special and the pesto underneath was salty also it really needed a toast point or two. The pasta is cooked perfectly al dente but the sauces left me wanting. The best thing was the eggplant parmigiana. The service was awful. It looked like some waiters were keeping their tables happy but mine needed me to repeat my order 3 times and kept getting it wrong when she double checked what we asked for. I asked for a to-go box and she completely forgot, lastly she never checked in to see if everything was to our liking. Disappointing for the price point. All that being said I would go back to give it another shot.

We had a confirmed reservation for dinner in the dining room for several weeks. The day before our reservation I was sent a text and asked to reconfirm or cancel my reservation. I reconfirmed and received acknowledgement. On the day of my reservation I was sent a reminder that I had a reservation at 7 PM. We arrived at 7 PM only to be told by the Hostess that we did not have a reservation. I showed her our confirmation with no luck. We were offered a table outside and said no, we were not dressed to sit outside in 86 degree weather. We were offered a lonely table by the kitchen and we declined. We were offered a seat at the bar and told to wait until a table could be found. We had cocktails at the cost of $31 + tax and tip that we wouldn’t have ordered at dinner, and waited 30 minutes while tables sat empty in the dining room for 2 and 4 people. When we were finally seated there was no apology, no concern expressed by the Hostess, no effort to show any remorse and no offer to make us feel better by offering to pick up our drinks or make any amends. When my wife mentioned this as we were seated the only thing she could say was it must have been a computer error. Really???? It was your problem and you should have owned it and made it right with your customer. You don’t understand what the hospitality business is all about. Our server was lovely and the food was excellent but all overshadowed by the poor treatment we received by this woman. We won’t be back!
