Food was overpriced, it was not good food we could not finish it. The hostess was rude, she was upset we didn’t make a reservation but then proceeded to sit us, she could have told us they were full and it would have been better.
Fantastic Italian restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely great food. Everything we had was fresh, well prepared, and full of authentic Italian flavors. You can really tell there’s care and passion behind the kitchen. A special mention to Chef Marco, who also came to our table to say hello - a really nice and personal touch that made the experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real Italian cuisine.
P.S. Highly recommend Mafaldine al limone as pasta dish!

Went for lunch on a Thursday in January, Parking was surprisingly tough....had to walk a bit. But food was terrific. Best Chicken Milanese I have had in years. Pasta with spicy tomato sauce was excellent. I will go back.

We had a holiday lunch with a group of 10. The pasta was fresh and well cooked, we had mocktails, cannolis and a sundae for dessert. All in all an enjoyable lunch.

What a gem great food super authentic yummy Italian!
I generally don’t rate restaurants. I leave that to others and I read their reviews, but I wanted to write one for this restaurant for several reasons. The tables were packed in so tight that there was absolutely no room to move my chair, even 3 inches. People sitting on the aisle only allowed people to walk sideways to get by them.
This is a very popular restaurant and most people really like it. I gave it two stars for three reasons. Firstly, they had gnocchi on the menu, It’s a pasta made with potatoes and flour which I love. I noticed they didn’t have it with Bolognese sauce, but had Bolognese sauce on another entrée.
I asked the server if I could substitute. . The serve said the chef does not allow any substitutes of any type for anybody. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I ended up getting the steak which I could’ve order Ed in any place. I ordered biscotti for Desert.. The biscotti was dry and bland. Frankly, I should’ve sent it back. Somebody should tell the chef but then again he won’t make any changes.
When the bill came, I looked at it like I always do and noticed in the middle of the bill was a 6 1/2% tip for the kitchen. It wasn’t at the bottom where you would’ve expected it to be. It was like they were trying to hide it.
There are too many fine restaurants in Westport. ttis restaurant does exceptionally well and the food is rated very well. Hard to Get a reservation. In any event, it’s no longer on my list. This is only one person‘s opinion.

10/10 me and my husband are obsessed with this place, we have been here a few times now and every single time the food is amazing, service is on top of everything. It’s just so delicious you can’t go wrong with nothing on the menu! It’s our go to date night spot!

Waited 3 weeks to get a reservation here was looking forward to it. Not sure what all the hype is to be honest. I've had better Italian dishes in other restaurants for sure nothing special. I think the bar was the busiest spot there. While trying to figure out what to order the waitress said she would bring out our bread/olives and thought that was a normal thing at an Italian restaurant (not here we were charged $9.00 for both). I mean I get it if you keep asking for more then absolutely you should be charged. Also, noticed we were charged a Cucina fee (2.5%). We tip very well, but to see that on top of a tip really threw me off. At the bottom of your bill it states they will remove the charge upon request. After the bill is tallied up from a diner's perspective seems strange to ask them to remove, these fees feel deceptive and a cash-grabbing tactic. I will pass on going back anytime soon :(
