Went there for a friend's birthday dinner. Heard a lot about this new place in Westport, and it didn't disappoint. Love the ambiance, and the bar. The bartender made me a great Manhattan. The homemade past was delicious. Not every place carries cacio e pepe, and they made it perfectly. Not the cheapest eats, but for special occasions definitely worth it.

I gotta echo the other positive comments, don’t let the negative reviews deter you, sounds like one-off bad experiences, it happens. I’ve been here approx half a dozen times and had a great experience every single time across the board.

The four of us friends were equally impressed with the quality of the food, friendly, professional service and comfortable ambiance, and a reasonable noise level for conversation. We started with a creative and delicious cauliflower appetizer and a super creative and next level grilled pear with buffalo mozzarella. While the Milanese was very good, the pasta dishes and the oxtail were even better. We would highly recommend!

Booked a reservation to celebrate two birthdays in my family almost 2 months in advance (first time eating here). We arrive and are taken to the BAR table in the middle of a very crowded and loud restaurant that has high stools WITHOUT backs. The hostess tells us there are no other tables available and that we should have requested a table that had chairs with backs to them when making the reservation!! Never in my life at ANY restaurant have I been taken to a bar table with stools when having a dinner reservation. We left and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Foods not the issue here, it’s a solid spot.Service leaves much to be desired. Must be a management mandate to turn tables over as quickly as possible. Barely had our appetizer for 3 minutes and entrees were served with little regard for where each dish properly went.Since we were essentially force fed our whole meal in the first 20 minutes, we wanted to enjoy a second drink and order a dessert a little later. We were asked 3-4 separate times by our waitress and management if we were all set. We said we were gonna be ordering a dessert but needed some time. The manager then just brought the check without us asking or having ordered our dessert.Disappointing for a place we’ve previously enjoyed.

Excellent time last night at Casa Me to celebrate my birthday. Service and atmosphere (lively and a bit loud) are both top notch. The meal was excellent. Highly recommend the polpette (homemade meatballs) for antipasta and the agnolotti di grano pasta was delicious! And if room for dessert, try the Italian Sundae...it was yum!

Great food and drinks.Great attention and service. I definitely recommend the limoncello! The atmosphere is always vibrant. Don't pay attention to negative reviews, those are stuck up crybabies who always had others babysitting them. I definitely will go back.

Seriously wondering how in the world this restaurant is always so crowded? Both of our pasta dishes were not al dente, they were COMPLETELY undercooked. The 'Sicilian Focaccia' was inedible- tasted stale. The sauces over our pasta dishes were beyond too salty. The tiramisu had the flavor or sugar- way too sweet. Ending on a high note, the service was good.

Awesome food. Every time we have visited the waitstaff has gone over the top to make us comfortable and happy. The ambiance is clean bright and fresh. Definitely one of my top 5.

I needed to put atmosphere low only to emphasize our disappointment with the negativity of the hostess even before they decided after a hefty tab to try and move us to the bar for desert told us we were too loud and had over stayed our welcome.Portions were small- the octopus was tasty but small portion and nothing with itTwo of our group had to order second order because so smallMy friends drink seemed to be too difficult for them to handleWe were there for a reunion and left with a negative feeling for this placeVegetarian options: Very little option for vegetarian or pescatarian!

My experience here was great. I came for lunch and was greeted and seated promptly. Sat at the bar , Brian the bartender was very pleasant . For starters I ordered the fritto misto which was really good. Lightly battered and fresh. For my pasta I chose the lasagna which was so perfect to me . It was delicious as well . I had one drink the limoncello spritz , very refreshing. Overall I had a good time , and will be returning, this is a great spot for dates with your lover or even just catching up with friends. Enjoy!!

My gf and I went to Casa Me for the first time on Saturday for a late lunch. It’s a little cramped in there (so get a reservation!) but the vibes were good, the staff was friendly and the food/drinks were delicious! We ordered the calamari, the grilled bread, the cacio e pepe and the skirt steak to share. Everything was fresh and super tasty. We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

I used to like this place, but unfortunately I can never go back. About a month ago we went in and all day I was looking forward to getting Tagliata Di Manzo. It is a delicious steak dish which is $30 on the menu. When we arrived the waiter ran through all the specials, which included a prime rib. I was looking forward to my steak dish all day, and ordered it. Upon ordering, the waiter ended up talking me into ordering the prime rib. I figured it would be $40-60, but would be worth it. Treat yourself. The meal came and it really was amazing. The bill came. The steak was $95… the waiter talked me into ordering a $95 steak, without previously disclosing this, while I went there excited for the $30 steak. I felt violated. Will never go back.
