I’ve been to several Cava locations. The food is always good. The service at this one was not great. The customer in front of us was taking a long time to decide what she wanted and there was only one employee working the assembly line. My daughter loves Cava and she made a mistake and ordered her food to wrong Cava location. But the general manager at Westport, Sadie helped us correct the problem! She was extremely kind and patient, even though the store was very busy. We had a great experience and delicious food thanks to Sadie!
Excellent customer service and the employees are very helpful and friendly. The food is so good. So many toppings, meat, etc to choose from. It’s affordable and healthy. I will be coming back soon. It was worth the visit.
