There are 2 bathrooms in the store right in front. One for men one for ladies.. employee said no to 3 customers for bathroom use… one of them was with Baby and other one was a my pregnant wife… employee said they are being cleaned… there were no one in there… and even if they were being cleaned, they should clean one and let the other one open… what a pathetic inhuman behavior from employee just because she doesn’t have to clean bathroom at the end of the day. Will never come back here. Pizza place next door had no issue letting us in use the bathroom even that we didn’t buy anything from them.

Server put an espresso shot in my iced chai latte and said they add an espresso shot in every latte (not true). He also didn't add the Splenda into my tea which I asked for. Finally, the back door was locked so we had to walk all the way around to the front door which was annoying.

This Dunkin’ is beautiful! It made my day to have such friendly service from the manager Millie. Every time I am in the area, I look forward to going in to chat with her. She takes pride in the store and her customers. It’s hard to find wonderful customer service these days and glad to see that Millie teaches her team to be as wonderful as she is! Great job Millie!

Bad service rude people always said hot chócale machine is down

Missed my train because I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and a wake up wrap. I stopped in because I had ample time before my train left. I had paid for my food and gold myself if it took 5 more minutes I would leave even though I had already paid.There were a maximum of 7 other people there so the wait was unjustified. As someone who has not only worked at dunkin themself and been in the food industry for years, no one should ever scold or frankly yell at a customer when they politely ask how much longer for their food. I saw this happen at least 4 times. I’ve never seen a staff move so slow. This is included eye rolls, shuffling and slamming of utensils. The only one who seemed to be working with any initiative was the girl taking orders. No only did she pick up her coworkers slack but greeted people nicely. Please do bagged
