Very rude employee. Asked for ice coffee with half and half, got a half regular half decaf. Guy looked at me like I had two heads when I said I wanted half and half creamer, he was very agitated about having to pour another cup.

Working with gloves is meant for sanitary reasons. So maybe don’t count cash, add change, and touch everyone’s food. I didn’t see the gloves changed twice now. Although the food was good, and I love the quality of coffee from the tap stores.
I went here for the first time this morning. I used my mobile app and when I got there it was ready! More importantly the gentleman who greeted me was so happy and kind! Thank you for putting some much needed sunshine in my day!!

The new people they hired are not like the other people they had before. They don't care about your order whether it is correct or not. One time they gave me a raw croissant. Every time I order they don't give me what I ask for or they don't make it how I asked. If by some miracle they get it all correct it's cold??♀️

There's something definitely wrong here, I was here yesterday and they had no change for the register and stiffed me out of 55 cents and today they overcharged me on the milkshakes $2 and they said well the price went up and we don't have to honor with the sign says this place is stay away from

The service has improved drastically since the new crew has taken over the store this year. I would recommend all the local/loyal customers to come back and experience the change.
