Staff here hustles to get everyone their food quick. Burgers are top notch with fresh toppings, and they load you up with fries. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing the prices are a little higher… otherwise I’d be here way too much and maybe a tad heavier.

Burgers never have any salt on them. I thought it was a one time thing but I just had it today again and it was flavorless. They also handed my bag to the delivery person in a way they can tamper with my food if they wanted to.

It's been a few years since our last visit to any 5 guys location so I don't know if it's a global issue or just this one location in particular. The food is totally disappointing - tasteless, greasy and incredibly salty. A milk shake felt artificial. Those free peanuts that we used to love - overcooked and salty again, simply inedible. And lastly - the interior of this location makes you feel like you are in a hospital cafe

I have been to several Five Guy's in CT and NY and this one takes the cake. The place is super clean, with employees walking around and cleaning ever 5-10 minutes. The staff are friendliest as can be and always go above and beyond. The food is awesome of course but a Five Guy's experience here is like no other.
