Il Pastaficio Reviews
We visited the Greenwich location for the first time and we’re definitely going back!! Good was amazing! Service was excellent.. I would definitely recommend it!
I have always been a fan of their fresh pastas and carefully placed an order for Thanksgiving dinner. I was on my way to pick it up and received a call from Il Pastficio advising me that they had SOLD out of the item I had special ordered for the holiday. Honestly couldn't believe it after I had spoken in detail with the person I had placed an order with.. I'd like to say I would go back but definitely with not. Organization and service is just as important as the food itself.
Great pasta, healthy, light, fresh… simply delicious

Il Pastaficio is a restaurant that offers an authentic Italian dining experience, known for its fresh pasta, delicious sauces, and excellent service. The pasta is made in-house, with organic semola imported from Italy, and the sauces and other dishes are made fresh daily. The focaccia bread is a standout, freshly baked and well-seasoned, reflecting true Italian preparation rather than Italian-American. The Bolognese sauce is creamy and flavorful, while the Gnocchettes are fried and served with a unique drinkable sauce. The Duck Ragu, featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is a must-try dish, and the Bigoli al Ragù d'Anatra, Rags Tagliatelle, and Lasagna Carbonara are highly praised. Visitors recommend finishing their meal with a cappuccino and one of the desserts, which are made with a balance of flavor and light sugar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff who treat guests like family. The space is clean and inviting, making it a great spot for families, as the restaurant is very kid-friendly. While some appetizers may be hit or miss, the pasta, focaccia, and overall dining experience are worth the visit. Overall, Il Pastaficio is a must-visit for Italian food lovers in Connecticut, offering a taste of Tuscany or Venice.
