I had dined over here. Couple of times not correct order but worst part was when they ran out of cutleries as all were used up. I asked for some fork then server took all unwashed ones and came within 1 minute with loads of them as must have ran under water as they were all wet. No sterilized by dish washer. Also, the server used the same towel to wipe the table and the plate. I saw all in front of my eyes as it's very small restaurant and everything is visible.

Came to pick up an Uber Eats order and was told it would take 10 minutes, which is fine, but they refused to let me use the restroom, saying it’s “for customers only.” I explained I was here on behalf of a paying customer, but they still said no. Not very accommodating to delivery drivers who help bring them business.

Love this place! Been coming here for 4 years since I work across the street at DWR. The chicken teriyaki is my favorite and they always make it perfect. The Thai ice-tea is awesome and the spring roll appetizers are yum yum!!!! Luna, the owner is super cool and always remembers what I want. A must try for anyone who loves Thai food.

I stopped by to try the summer rolls. They are the best I have ever had. The sticky rice with mango dessert is also excellent. Great service. I look forward to going back for a full meal.

Very authentic flavor, love their som tam salad, lard gai & pad Thai. Just like in Bangkok. Trust me, I love to eat and I love Thai cuisine. Usually, I am hesitated to eat in Thai restaurant especially away from the Thai community but I came here for the first time even the Google rate was low. Well, the low rating was not on food. The low rating was mostly came from hospitality attitude issue. But I will definitely go back for the delicious and authentic THAI flavor. From my culinary & restaurant management experience, I wish Jeera Thai can minimize their menu dishes item only concentrate on their ability to produce from that small kitchen space & to build consistency on ALL their dishes.
Overall really good. I’m used to Thai food and this met all the expectations. Music is chill. Atmosphere is clean including the restroom. Amazing customer service too!
