I had the pleasure of visiting Jersey's Mike in Wilton, CT, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The bread was freshly baked and had the perfect amount of chewiness. The meats and cheeses were high-quality, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

I usually never do this....but I just went in there and I'm in total shock right now....there is a girl working in there with blue hair who was completely rude to me. I didn't react at all...just stood there in disbelief. And then just realized I'm not the only person to complain about her...how is she still working there???? I almost walked out honestly... definitely not going back that's for sure.

This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in all my years. I was scolded how I placed my order, eye rolls when I added multiple sandwiches. The kid with purple and red hair needs to be fired immediately.

Jersey Mikes is normally good but I guess in different locations, this location is the worse by far. I came to this location a week ago and it was bad service and customer service and this week I decided to give them another opportunity and was worse. They didn't even asked me if I needed anything on my sandwich so they did it they way they wanted and at the end when I paid I asked him to get me the small drink and the chips and of course they gave me the big drink and they charged me for the BIG DRINK. I didn't even complain at that point because there were people waiting in line for more than 15 minutes and I felt bad on complaining because i would have taken more time for them to order. Really BAD SERVICE ! That was the last time.

Rolls were so hard, shouldn't have even served them. So disappointed they chose to use leftover stale rolls today.
Long wait to order, long wait to receive order. Seemed kind of pricey for what we got. Not a lot of options to choose from.

Terrible experience. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes to head over. When my sandwich was nowhere in sight, the girl told me that they didn't receive it. I had walked over from a neighboring business so I didn't bring my phone with me. I told her that I had been charged and received the email stating that my food would be ready at 2:40pm. She told me that she couldn't help me. I asked how to get my money back and she said to go get my phone and she could help me, but basically called me a liar - no options for a customer service line or a way to maybe track down my order. Given I didn't have time to do that, I'm out $11 and will not use this Jersey Mike's again. Frankly, there may have been no other outcome, but if the two people working weren't the rudest workers, it would certainly help.
