They were “out of”'several things on the menu. Disappointing experience overall especially for all the hype that this restaurant gets.

Have been to Don Memo a couple of times and loved it. This time i'm not sure why but it felt like the tables were so close and crowded. It was a little too loud so hard to hear my dinner guests. The food and drinks are amazing. Would be absolutely perfect if they just had a couple less tables so it wasn't so crowded.

Food was terrific. Served quickly with appetizing preparation and presentation. We ordered salsa, guacamole and the best, crispiest chips I've ever experienced. Lime chili cabbage slaw, tuna crudo, and beef enchilada. Everything was perfectly prepared.

Great food but horrible service. Timing of food coming out was off. The server was barely paying attention and had to remind her several times to bring items out that she had forgotten. Not to mention, 20% gratuity is always included automatically! With what they charge for food, it is overrated if the service is this bad.

FANTASTIC Valentine's Day dinner. AMAZING menu for the holiday which was a VERY GOOD deal. As always, the food was fantastic. So fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. They outdid themselves with this meal. Great service as always. Many thanks!

Food and atmosphere was great. Server was so busy and paid zero attention to our table. After 30 minutes we had not received our appetizer, drinks empty. Kind of disappointing service considering they apply a 20% gratuity on every bill

Didn’t wish my sister a happy birthday despite the mention in the OpenTable reservation. Food has gone downhill and lacks flavor. Carnitas were dry.

That might’ve been the most delicious lunch I’ve had in a long time. If you don’t order the prickly margarita, the avocado appetizer, the lobster tostada, and the quatro leches dessert you are missing out. Allen our server was great. We will definitely be back!

It was slow service when we went, plus the food was so-so. Chips with avocado were almost cool. But we sat down around 5:12 pm. Or at least that was a time stamp after I messaged someone after previously ordering the chips and drinks. Nothing was brought to our table until 5:28. We were sitting there waiting while two managers, who seemed to be occupied with other matters (perhaps we weren't as important to them). Our prior meal in 2023 was very good so we returned on that basis. We'll need a good reason to return again. No Michelin star for Don.

The food was great as usual . But the timing of our food was awful. Everything came out all at once . They apologized bc I guess it wasn't very busy . But dinner lasted less than 40 min.

I had reservations for 2 guests, we were seated on the end of a larger party's table instead of our separate table which seemed unusual. The server was not friendly & would check in but walk away abruptly once we would say we needed a little more time or we were unsure of our selections, the tip was included which seemed to unfortunately correlate with his attitude. I would most likely not re visit

The food was delicious! T he shaved broccoli salad was divine and more than enough to share with three people. The avocado appetizer was perfect. The main courses were also great. The friend who joined us to dinner has spent months traveling in the Southwest and said that this meal was the best she has had all year
