**online order** to start off the review, all the employees were very pleasant and nice. there was a bit of a wait but i didnt mind.
The ingredients that were used to make the salad tasted extremely fresh! Although, I am disappointed because they missed a key component to my meal. Which was the braised chicken! (there were other vegetables missing too) - for how expensive the meal was i'm a bit upset that I didnt get my full dish. I am willing to come back to this location but will be ordering in person from now on

I rarely write reviews, but this experience warrants one. Today, I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap for delivery and specifically asked for heavy dressing. Unfortunately, the wrap arrived completely drenched in sauce, making it impossible to hold, let alone eat. It was so saturated that it was inedible, and I ultimately had to throw it away. This is the first time I've had an issue with this restaurant. I've always loved their food and service, but this specific incident definitely needed to be addressed.

I go here once weekly to create my own salad bowl. The choices are great, the food is fresh, and the price is very fair. Looking forward to the opening of the new location in Norwalk. Would highly recommend!!

I just finished a terrific salad at the Westport location, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We were completely ignored by the woman preparing salads for online orders. After standing there for quite a while, we had to ask if anyone was going to help us. A young man eventually came over, but his attitude was terrible—slamming things around and clearly annoyed to be helping.
To top it off, just as he was finishing my salad, he accidentally dumped the entire thing onto the counter and had to start over. (Honestly, it felt like a bit of karma.) The food was great, but the experience was frustrating. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service—it makes all the difference.

Love this place. Great value and portion size. Best compared to other salad places in town (ahem… down the street). Staff are friendly and fast. Food is fresh and love the seasonal variations. Highly recommend, hands down best salad places in town so hit it up!
