Really great gelato with chunks of fruit. Cranberry gelato tasted just like Thanksgiving. So good and fresh!

The crew members is doing great work. I ordered ice cream with a coffee. It really tasted so good. This place is recommended highly. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.It is very 5 stars.

If zero stars were an option, that is how I would rate this business. Was excited to try only to be treated so horribly. Shop posted 10pm closing, arrived at 835 only to find they had already stopped making any coffee on their menu. Sat down to eat our gelato by 845 and at 850, a young girl came up to us and rudely announced "We're closed now!" She expected us to leave immediately. Never have I been in an eatery where we were treated so rudely. I'd like to say it was a good place but it was not even mediocre and the lack of manners and the kindness level on the employees part is not what one expects in Westport. Will not recommend and revisit this establishment.

This place had amazing gelato! The service was also really good and it was a cute little shop. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wide variety of fresh gelato. There was also only only flavor containing gluten, which I really appreciated that the staff knew instantly what I meant when I asked if any flavors were gluten free.

No parking whatsoever unless you're walking or taking an Uber you'll get a ticket for parking somewhere else it's ridiculous why put a business where they are you can't park your car

Came here last night. Got ice cream and a crepe. The ice cream wasn't too bad, the flavor was very mild though. What I'm disappointed about is 1.) the crepe - I paid for what was advertised. A crepe with Nutella. But, it wasn't Nutella at all, and more of a chocolate sauce instead. It wasn't good. 2.) cleanliness- the girl who took my order was in charge of taking orders, handling money/register and making the food. She was using her hands to flip the crepe and touch the crepe but I didn't see her wash her hands nor use gloves. This is very concerning. I wanted to call about this and also receive a refund for the crepe that I wasted my money on because it is not what was advertised. There is no contact phone number or email.

Gelato was nice. Not too sweet. But the lady who’s working that day seems to me that she’s not in the mood. I’m usually ok with people who don’t talk to me but we were not even acknowledged. Not sure if she heard us or not when placing our order.
Ordered a fresh fruit smoothie. It was $8 for lightly flavored watered milk. Quite gross

On a random afternoon I stopped at La Fenice for gelato. Mango and lemon was nice-medium was $6. Not cheap. Lots on the menu which I missed- sweet and savory crepes! Nice time!

Owner is a sweetheart. Everyone always treats my family with kindness in this shop. We come here all the time. The quiche with the zucchini is amazing and the jelly cookies are very fresh on Sunday mornings. The Greenwich location is also great. In fact, I needed a cookie platter delivered on Greenwich Avenue and her son went out in the pouring rain to deliver it on time. Great addition to Westport.
