Josh and Evette are wonderful and so accommodating. On separate occasions my experience with both servers were exemplary. The food is so tasty and healthy. And customer service five star! The atmosphere is so zen!! I wish there were more locations. I commute from the valley just to have some lil beets:)

Little Beet is the most empathetic and accommodating restaurant in Southern Connecticut for people with food allergies. I am raising a boy with egg, wheat, and peanut allergies and I can always count on this place to make my son feel safe. I am so thankful for this place!

The food is quite tasty and enjoyable. It’s healthy and nice feel good meal. HOWEVER - it’s expensive for the portion you get. The portion size is small and dismal. I really wish portion size matches the $20 you shell out for a bowl of healthy veggies and proteins.
