First time here, looked like a cute shop. Aside from being extremely hot and too small for the capacity of people there - I was expecting a lot more for a coffee shop in this location. There was no menu for people waiting in line to see, only at the counter, which you don't have time to look through because there's a line of people behind you. When asking simple questions about their coffee flavoring and milk options the cashier was very vague in responses and overall unhelpful. I left her feeling a little unsure about my order. I asked for almond milk in my drink, when the barista gave me my coffee I noticed it was extremely dark. They said it was due to the mocha syrup but as an avid coffee drinker I know that there was no milk in there at all. The taste also confirmed that. (The gaslighting from the barista is crazy.) No lid on the cup. I asked the barista for the almond milk that I initially asked for. Anybody with sense would pour coffee out of the cup instead of putting the milk directly into the cup that was already filled to the brim. So naturally, after the milk was added, when I tried to put a lid on my cup the coffee made a mess and spilled everywhere. I felt like a burden to the people who worked here. For the sizing and pricing of this establishment I absolutely expected better. And not to sound like a Karen but the cherry on top of this experience was my cookie being burnt. Cute place though.

this was actually the worst coffee shop experience I've ever had. there is no reason it should be this chaotic to order 2 simple coffees. why are the baristas giving the coffees out with NO lid? why are they giving attitude when asked to add milk because they forgot to? and if the baristas are handing the coffees out with no lid, WHY would they EVER fill it to the brim so walking to the other station and putting the lid on means spilling it? also way overpriced. you can tell that this place cares more about aesthetic than quality and experience.

I have visited the new Westport location three times since you opened to get a coffee and a pastry. Just today on a Friday around noon and then two other times mid week. Not once have I been able to get a table. I have had to stand to eat my pastry. The configuration of the main dining room is not ideal. You have 8 tables each with 4 chairs. Today each table had only two guests. One table actually had one guest. So half of your available seating went unused. Groups of 4 Are not common. Please add some two person tables or even a bar so that you can accommodate singles and doubles. I will not return to your restaurant until you address the lack of seating.

Vibes were good, the Martha’s rum cake was very very good & I got an olive oil cupcake which was great as well. Definitely an improvement from the black and pink look that was here before ! A much better vibe a lot more comfortable with enough seating and great cute little cups & cappuccinos

Maman in Westport completely blew me away — the atmosphere, the food, the coffee — everything was spot on. But what really made it unforgettable was Julianna. From the second we walked in, she was beyond welcoming. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. She greeted us with such warmth and energy that it instantly set the tone for the whole visit.
She went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and just had that natural charm that makes you feel like you’re catching up with an old friend rather than ordering at a café. The kind of service that actually sticks with you.
The coffee was rich and smooth, the pastries were next-level good (that croissant… perfection), and the vibe of the place was cozy yet stylish — the perfect Westport spot.

A special mention goes to Joe, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He personally checked in several times throughout our meal, ensuring everything was perfect. His professionalism, genuine hospitality, and friendly demeanor truly stood out and elevated the entire experience.
