One of the best Lamb burger I ever had in my life. Cooked medium to perfection.Fried oysters are also fresh and delicious.I wish I lived in Norwalk just because of this restaurant. Definitely going there next time I visit Norwalk and try their other dishes.

Casual but well appointed small space. Food is great! I have a hard time deciding what to order because there are so many great choices. Nice staff. The painting of the cow they display is the most beautiful I have ever seen however I still ordered the burger. Highly recomended!
Just a disappointing lunch! I hope it was just an off lunch time and not the new norm for the New Year. Restaurant was empty; service was a l o w and the food took forever to come out, so much so that we had to inquire twice.

A casual but thoughtfully appointed place. The menu had many things I wanted to try. My Husband had the burger lobster roll mini combo...a great way to try both & both were great. Homemade chips were a plus. I had the delicious seafood chowder & a flat Iron steak salad. The staff were welcoming. All in all we felt very comfortable & left with the desire to come back to try many of the other items on the menu. Recomended.
We always love eating at Match burger. The food is delicious and salads are awesome! Service is the best, Kyle is great to have, and Lindsey the hostess runs it like a ship! Love it?

Delicious food and ambiance was pleasant. Great night to sit outside with family and have a casual weeknight dinner where everyone could get what they want, whether it be great fresh lobster, a burger or even a hot dog! I particularly enjoy the high quality of all the food here, and that you can get a healthy green salad with farm fresh local produce even if you also want a burger and french fries.

Chef Storch does it again. He took two of his popular items from his regular menu and turned them into a theme for a completely different restaurant, more casual but still the same high quality of Match. Lobster rolls are straight-forward but very well prepared with a soft brioche bun, and the double is worth it if you like a lot of lobster on your roll (and the bun gets extra butter saturated as a bonus). I've read that some people think the rolls are "small" but that's only because of the shape of the bun. Put the same amount of lobster on a standard shallow hot dog bun and it will overflow. Besides... then get the double. Honestly I think Matt makes one of the best hot lobster roll's I've eaten, balancing the classic with the new. Burgers are takes on the classic Match burger which frequently sells out at the flagship. Other seafood options like steamers round out the menu. No tap water available but good beverage selection otherwise.P.S.: Bring back the indulgence burger, chef! (Or keep it on hand just for me...)

I liked it overall but several things did not make sense. My wife ordered a 30something dollar lobster roll where there was not much lobste. It came in a big bun with some lobster lost overthere. On the other hand, my daughter gets the lobster slider and it is generous even though it is cheaper. I orderered a special sandwich of the day and comes without any side nor fries nor chips and they don't let me know in advance. That makes me the only one with no sides... My other daughter orders just fries and it is a great portion so we share anyway. Overall was good but the whole experience was not 100%. Also there is no tap water because of some issue that they apologize in advance for but then the sodas are tiny glass bottles and not particularly cheap, the waters are tiny too... Again not a big deal but sort of rubbed me the wrong way with several things during my visit and did not enjoy my self fully. Apparently there is no inside seating, we had to seat outside and ask to please open the shades more because we were toasting in the sun after not being allowed inside.

Definitely worth going! One of the few places in the Westport area to sit outdoors & eat fresh seafood and really get value for your money. Really recommend the whole fried clams and the steamer clams, we went back a second time to have them again - also tried the softshell crab sandwich special, it was OK but although I love softshell crabs it really doesn't work as a sandwich! Next time I will get their fried oysters. I've also had their burgers in the past, they are thick and juicy. And our server was excellent, warm and kind.
