This location need to seriously be assessed by the franchise headquarters. The terrible service and cold food being served is horrible. They need to figure out how to properly run a busy pick up location and hire the staff that is needed to do the job flawlessly otherwise they might as well close it and we go to the next town over. Enough is enough. FIGURE IT OUT!
