Had a lovely meal here today. The man that helped me was so kind and patient while I figured out what I wanted on my poke bowl. He made suggestions and even brought my bowl to a table for me to sit. Great service today! Whoever he was deserves a raise!

Great customer service. My toddler spilled some food right after ordering and they were very understanding.

I’ve been to pokeworks a few times and they were great! Until it was not… today I found a long piece of hair in the food. Sure, no big deal. Accidents happen. But what was disappointing was the customer service. I drove back to the store after I found the hair to let them know about it and the owner did not acknowledge or apologize. He just entered the refund. It was near the end when the refund was entered the employee apologized for the incident. But nada from the owner....
