I gave 1 star bad review only because of such small minion size small burgers. Shake shack literally rips off general public serving small burgers for the price between $9-14…double the price, half the quantity. Has anyone else realized it? Usually, you’ll find their locations in high end areas where restaurants like these ring millions underserving the society!
This locations burger quality has gone south, bacon on burger was rubbery, burger was falling apart. Very disappointing, this is occurring regularly now. 3 visits had the same outcome. Self serve ordering is a pain. Won't be returning any time soon.

Stopped by this shake shack location on the way to Boston for lunch. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews but this location was one of the best shake shack locations in CT i have ever been too. Food came in piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Restrooms were also clean to use.

Every time I go there, I wait at least half an hour. I guess they specifically find slow working people and give them jobs

The fries are bomb but the burgers were overcooked and there was a fat hair in my burger :(

Placed a DoorDash order. I ordered three items. Got the delivery in a sealed bag. One distinct item was missing. How hard is it to read items on your end in the store from a DoorDash order and make sure to verify each item your customer ordered is actually in the delivery bag? Also…. if I order a 10 piece chicken nuggets…. why don’t I get the ability to receive two sauces? Or… if I’m willing to even pay for a second sauce… why do you not have a section on your DoorDash menu where a customer can add additional sauces to their order for a fee? These are both common sense issues. Do better.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. The staff here is completely disorganized and incredibly unhelpful when it comes to delivery and pickup orders.
I witnessed an issue with an order where the staff was not only unhelpful but actively rude and refused to find a simple solution. Their attitude was basically 'not my problem.' It seems like they have a major issue with their online ordering system and instead of fixing it, they just shrug their shoulders and let their customers down.
Don't bother ordering from this location, especially for delivery. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. I will not be returning.
